Current Staff needs training on courtesy and customer service. I have been a customer at this location for years and never had a complaint or bad experience. Today I was in the store for 10-15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The male employee seemed to be frustrated that he had to come from the back of the store to help me and was very catty with me. When I was leaving the store out of frustration, he smirked and said “have a great day “. It’s not what was said, it was the manner and smirk. Would give zero stars to the staff at this location.

They took 7 hour's to download my information from one phone to the new one and I finally came in and sat down and downloaded it myself.... they stole my CC info and charged gasoline at two different places

This was by far the best store I have been to. Rachel was beyond helpful. Most sales try to bully you into buying new phones and the most expensive ones available. She listened to our requests and concerns. She also answered questions we had about different options on phones and plans. Definitely recommend!

After having a lot of issues with my previous Carrier, I went in to the Newcastle AT&T store to see about getting a new phone and also getting a new service through AT&T. To make a very long and drawn out story short, my previous provider, Straight Talk, had messed up big time when they set up my account years ago and would not release me to go over to AT&T when I switched. In spite of the issues that my previous provider imposed on me and the staff, every one the staff members were very helpful, professional and friendly, and in spite of the issues that my previous carrier wanted to impose on me and AT&T, they were able to help me get it all sorted out and were able to get me set up with a brand new phone, much better service plan, and above all a good relationship with local people with local people at a local store. 10 out of 10 I would recommend anyone who is switching to AT&T, or even just looking at buying a new phone go through this location.A big thanks to Desiree, Rachel and the others at this store for their help and patience as they helped me get set with my new phone and service!!! ?

Everyone at the store was very helpful, Ive been to other stores and they haven't been as helpful as these guys. They know their stuff!!! Rachel, Des, Dusty are amazing guys would definitely recommend you coming to this store!!

I have to say AT&T is the worst cell phone company I've ever had to deal with they overcharged me . Billed me for 4 lines when I only had 2 it was almost a year before I caught it.I do not recommend Them.

Very friendly and informative. As with any such purchase, recommend having someone knowledgeable with you. Am technologically challenged so can't really make informed decision without help. But staff was friendly and helpful. Was good experience all-in-all.

I had spent hours on the phone with ATT Tech services, who could not understand me and I couldn’t understand them. They even had me send the hardware back and sent new hardware. Nothing fixed my issue with the wireless base unit for home phone. They refused to believe I had a bad SIM card. I decided to take the unit to the store. Cory helped me replace the sim card and it works great! Thank you so much for your help Cory. Cory was also very helpful explaining different plans that are available. Had a Very good experience.

Desiree Johnson the store manager is an absolute saint of a human being. even when I lost my patience she kept her cool and remained polite and professional. She is the shining star of customer service. And I wish there were more people like her in the world. She deserves a raise a promotion and an apology from me personally. Thank you Desiree. For getting the job done and being a person that warrants a 5 star review. You are great.

The staff at this AT&T store was extremely helpful. They took the time to address my rather unique issue, and they walked me through it. This was a really good customer service experience.
