Did a Walmart pickup for noon. Said it was ready to be picked up at 11:50. Got to Walmart at noon and have waited until 1:30. Talked to multiple people and I guess our order was never made. Still don’t understand why it said ready for pickup and I don’t understand why it took so long to fix the issue.

Do better Walmart! You guys spent over a year building a state of the art grocery pick up but you can’t put an area back there for online order pickers to get the groceries? It’s bad enough getting up and down the aisles with the Sunday crowd but being ran into several times by your employees and employees taking up aisles to where I can’t get things I need for the week is ridiculous.

Do not use this location for grocery pick up. You can save yourself A LOT of time simply by driving to a further location for grocery pick up. Or better yet, you can get your shopping done yourself in less time than it takes for them to bring the already shopped “ready for pickup” items out to you.

I ordered groceries on line and I guess the day was already full for me to pick up. I didn't realize that and I put down for pickup the following night but it was new years day and it was much forgotten about because I slept all the way thru till this morning and realized that I forgot all about picking up my order. I had a Dr appointment early morning and it was around 10:00 am and I pulled up told the app where I was parked and then I called the phone number that was in front of me. The gentleman answered he was very nice and polite. I told him that I forgot and that I didn't know if the app was working correctly. He asked me for my last name I told him and he said yes I got it it will be right out.I was 12hrs late picking up my order and I didn't have to wait long. That impressed me. Thanks guys

I would like to share how my veteran husband was treated at the Walmart located 951 E State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK 73064. He presented his tax exempt card and when the cashier handed him his receipt she told him "here's your fraud receipt" he was very confused at where that comment came from, he felt disrespected, violated and confused as to why his tax exempt any of the cashier's business. Maybe cause of the color of his skin or maybe she doesn't believe in war, military etc......it wasn't her place to make a comment like that, if you are close to a veteran you know how much they sacrifice to defend this country. We really need to do better and be kind to each other. He also greeted her and she didn't bother to say anything back. Walmart do better and I know it might not be a big deal to them but we will no longer shop at that location.

Was just at this Walmart to pick up a grocery order, got there at 6:52 pm got notification at 6:50 that order was ready. 5-7 cars came after me, got their orders and left. By the time I got mine it was 7:30 and I was the last car there totally ridiculous! The 2 slim balls that finally brought my order out were extremely rude and unprofessional. not all but most of my groceries were out of the bags almost as if they just threw them in back of car, same goes for backseat. When done one of the employees said (under his breath but heard him) there you go, have a good nite then slammed my door! totally uncalled for! Extremely unhappy experience with Walmart pickup tonight!

Mustang Walmart pickup is the worst in the area. Takes longer than if you were to just go shop yourself.

Conducted returns but the woman in customer service didn't know how to bring up the UPC code and didn't want anyone's assistance. I had to ask for someone.

I’ve noticed pricing discrepancies on numerous items recently, and it was only by chance that I caught these errors, especially considering the substantial amounts involved. Dealing with the new customer service representatives proved to be a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and the older lady in charge seemed reluctant to admit mistakes. Be cautious and attentive when ringing up your purchases to avoid potential pricing issues.
