Very poor customer service. Cashier never said a word to us. She was to busy talking to her co-worker and drinking an energy drink. She belched while drinking her drink. Then she talked about shotgunning an energy drink.
Wal-Mart are you not worried about customer service anymore?

Tired of getting my groceries with half of the things I ordered, produce all in the SAME bag with zero produce bags. Expired yogurt. My frozen items mixed in with a HOT rotisserie chicken. These are just a few things we have had to deal with. Ordering from another store that will take care of the customers food and products.

Cyrus and Joshua were great tire technicians in rotating and changing out my tires this morning. They got me checked in quickly even when I showed up early for my appointment. They were professional, patient, and addressed my concerns. They took less than an hour to complete my service. I'll definitely be back for an oil change.

It's 8:50 on a Friday. I just had a disrespectful experience with Susan the "Team Lead". I came in this morning to return some cat & dog food since they delivered the incorrect type of food. I have kittens & puppies. I cannot use the "Adult" food they decided to give me.
The trip started off pleasant, I was greeted at the door. I was assisted by one of the customer service ladies who was friendly & helpful. I wish I could remember her name because she was awesome. Unfortunately, her computer froze after returning the dog food. She asked Susan if she could assist me on her computer. Dealing with Susan I felt disrespected, unimportant, and bullied. Starting your introduction with "I don't even know what you guys are doing" certainly cannot be company policy. The other lady clearly explained the situation & what was happening, but it felt like that "grunt work" was below Team Lead Susan. After telling me multiple reasons why, & how it was against policy, she wasn't going to return the cat food i reminded her that I just completed 1/2 of my return with the other nice lady next to her. She refused the return & we had an extremely awkward 15 seconds of staring at each other. I could only describe this as her attempt to bully/intimidate me into giving up. I know I wasn't doing anything wrong, I wasn't disrespectful or mouthy, & I was only wanting to return an unopened product that was just purchased from this Walmart on June 11th.
At the end of this interaction with the hostile prison guard...sorry, "Team Lead" Susan did in fact return my product VIA a gift card. I walked right through the store & spent that gift card on the correct Kitten food I wanted in the first place. Wow....what a wild start to my morning.

5/5 * to the other customer service lady
-2/5 * to Susan. I don't know what your problem is & I truthfully do not care. Treat people better, you never know the impact you have on someone's life. Be the "Team Lead" that your nylon vest says. Be better.

The pharmacy staff is genuinely one of a kind. I wish they had Walmart closing hours or at least the drive thru open later. EACH of you since September 2023-June2024, have personally helped me, and went way above and beyond. Some of you weren't just pharmacist's. I've been calmed down from panic attacks, and when my Uncle who was an amputee, came around and comforted me when my Aunt passed away and was trying the best for my Uncle. 5 ⭐ isn't enough for each of you individually, nor as a whole. Thank you so much. You're professional, compassionate, knowledgeable individuals. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me through some of the most stressful times in my life.

This is not a clean Walmart, especially the grocery section. There were multiple big spills on the floor, some spills even dried. The shelves are rusting and the groceries were scattered all around on the shelves. Groceries were not being restocked as many places were empty. Lacks good management obviously! Much was being neglected! I was shocked Mustang would allow their Walmart to get so nasty and disheveled!
