had the 'lovely' experience of having the staff hang up on me when I tried to call with a question during business hours. Four times in a row. Didn't even let me speak.

Only use the drive through, if you have cleared your schedule for the day. Brought food, maybe some games and or bench some Netflix while you wait in line. Bonus tip. No restrooms near by either.

They are processing a customer very 10 min. We will probably still be here at midnight. What a joke

They are horrible!!! They are holding my critical pain meds hostage and won't fill them unless I transfer ALL my meds to them. I'm disabled and can't always get out. My wife works at Walmart so she can pick them up. But Walmart insurance won't pay for my pain meds. so I sent them to Walgreens. Their cash price was affordable and my insurance covered the other meds they filled. Which was fine for over a year. Until some greedy jerk pharmacist wanted all my meds to be filled there without any consideration of my position. Stay away from them! if you don't want to be bullied by a corrupt corporation. ?

Worst pharmacy there is. My prescription was sent over last night. I go in at 9:30 the next morning. They tell me it won't be ready till after 11:00. I'm on my way out of town. I talk to the manager. She just says SORRY. CVS is right across the street. Guess I'll give them a try.

Really need a "0" star rating for this location. Don't even trouble yourself with using this location. Staff extremely rude. I would say management at the local and a few levels up are responsible for this debacle. They will say they're short staffed, but there is a reason for that, whether it's the pharmacist of management.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude!! There’s always always an extremely long wait, and because of a mistake they make, they will make you come back to get your prescription!! Even after you’ve waited in line for close to an hour, just to come back and wait again!! It’s impossible most times to even get the pharmacy to answer their phones!!! Billy the older Man that works the pharmacy is always extremely extremely rude!!! He’s embarrassed me in front of customers, and staff around for simply trying to ask when my prescription would be ready, mind you I’d been waiting in a very long line once again, with my toddler in my arms. I had to involve management because they were more worried about helping the person before me, and because of how horrible Billy treated me! I’ve now switched pharmacy’s!! I assume a tone of Customers will do the same. You can see the frustration in all the Customers!!

They don't have it entirely together. Update: I fired Walgreens. They gave me the wrong medication. They kept making small mistakes before that. Poor service in the pharmacy part of the store. Then, the final straw. I was being charged two copays for a 45 day supply. It was plain as the nose on my face. When I tried to explain this, the pharmacist insisted the higher price was because I was in the Medicare donut hole, which I knew I wasn't. As evidence, I told her if I were in the donut hole, I would be charged full price instead of exactly two copays. But she wasn't hearing of it. To humor them, I called my insurance and verified I was exactly right. I called back and asked to speak to the pharmacist again. The tech hung up on me. I called back. They picked up the line, immediately changed me over to hold. Their hold rings after a certain period, to make sure the party hasn't been forgotten. I let it ring and ring and ring until someone picked up and hung up on me. So I marched right up and exploded on the Assistant GM at the front of the store. I switched to Wal-Mart, which isn't much better. I miss CVS, which is not in my new insurance's network. Upon open enrollment, I'll be fixing that problem, as well. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

This specific location is THE WORST. There is ALWAYS a line inside and in the drive thru.I cannot fathom why they can not be timely and efficient. They are in need of better management, preferably someone who can better manage other people’s time.

This year is my 9th year in retail management. I have friends and family that have worked in Walgreens pharmacies as techs and even pharmacists, and they absolutely hated their jobs and have moved on. I am not trying to bash this specific Walgreens, I know they're doing the best that they can with the payroll allotted to them by their DM and RM. I have no complaints about the pharmacy employees. They've always been super kind and sweet, even when they have an in store, and drive though line, wrapped around the building. I've learned code "IC3" or "I see three", is calling for help. I am a DM and am responsible for 23 locations, I know the business. Your DM can and should do better for you all. They can see and measure customer satisfaction, and can only imagine it's at an all time low. Every single pharmacy associate has been incredible, but the turnover rate is alarming. I hate coming here, and can never even get a phone call answered. I know it's not because of lazy employees, they're just completely and totally overwhelmed. I hate that for them, I know they're doing their best, and wish they had support from their superiors.
