had the 'lovely' experience of having the staff hang up on me when I tried to call with a question during business hours. Four times in a row. Didn't even let me speak.

Only use the drive through, if you have cleared your schedule for the day. Brought food, maybe some games and or bench some Netflix while you wait in line. Bonus tip. No restrooms near by either.
