“Depends on the day. The staff is obviously normally people, and go through moods. When they're there, if they're having a good day it's a positive upbeat vibe. Normally a regular or two standing around bullshi**ing everyone laughing and helping with advice or opinions on product questions. If they're in a bad mood, having a bad day, or I just don't know but some days it's a weird vibe. They don't talk just want you in then out, seem very annoyed and irritated. Act like they just can't wait to leave. The owner is always busy mid-task, but will always help and offer a smile. Wish the staff would follow lead. I give it 4 stars. As the products are always good or replaced without question, and the disposables are always real. I have yet to get a fake one in over a year of disposable vaping. If you know what you like to vape this place is the absolute best. Crazy wide variety. If you have questions, well I hope they're in a good mood..”

“I came here looking for a glass piece to replace the Clover I'd had for years. I looked at a total of 5 shops for a similar design, and finally came across it here. However, I wanted to check one larger place to see if they had the exact thing (vs. similar) before committing.I walked into the other store and they didn't have anything near what I was looking for, and Luxury was willing to make a *literal* last minute sale (they close at 8, and I called and asked if I could buy the piece I was looking at with an ETA or 7:59.) They happily agreed, and even thoroughly followed policy and had me check the glass despite them closing so soon.Excellent service and quality!”

“I see some negative reviews here and honestly can't speak on their experience, but I got a great experience walking in here. I even told the lady behind the counter after she greeted me with a smile and cheerful demeanor that I didn't understand the bad reviews of this place.Per my experience: customer service was excellent, hardware selection was above average but not great, juice selection was above average but not fantastic. The customer service, and politeness of the lady on staff though was stellar, and I did find everything i was looking for. Mod selection was pretty good, though wish they would have had more. They have almost all major coils. Overall excellent experience!”

I was there around 4:30 or so and the guy and gal working there we're VERY kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and were ALL ABOUT meeting the needs of what the customer wants/needs. In my case, I needed a cheap two-battery mod and they found me a GREAT mod at a HREAT price!!Their knowledge of all their products, such as changes that have been made to certain mods, quality of atomizers, coils, etc. was extremely EXCELLENT!They also have a HUGE selection of juices, too! Recommend everyone give the shop at try!I wish I would have gotten their name, I would get both of them a raise if I was the manager based on the service I received!! (I was there on the day of this review (12/15/21 approx. 1630/430PM)”
