Went to True Sky in Mustang and was helped beyond my expectations. This location is very helpful and answered all my questions with helping me gain knowledge on what I needed to do in order to build credit and help me get a loan. If you go in and need help ask for Amanda. She was very helpful and insightful. I couldn’t get approval for a loan but she went out of her way to find an alternative to make it work and make sure I was taken care of.

Infuriated! The system sucks since the major upgrade in 2021! End User Testing was not conducted thoroughly. Weokie CU went thru a similar major upgrade without any issues.1) I was unable to view our mortgage and tellers couldn't tell me if the automatic payment was still in place; only after waiting after the 1st of the month and NOT seeing the payment had been executed did I make a manual payment. Then I discover a couple of days later the automatic payment finally came out. When requesting 1 of the payments be returned (initially told it could be), was I told it would be applied towards a future payment and I could not get it back. Unable to view the mortgage payment correctly (sometimes it would show up), I finally moved the mortgage to another CU.2) The online banking for my Android phone worked until approximately July 2022; supposedly I am one of a handful of individuals that are unable to use their mobile phone to conduct online banking with TrueSky since a more recent update. But the 3rd party IT company TrueSky hired for these functions have NOT been able to determine why or fix it.3) The online banking has been spotty at best on a computer and if I didn't receive an error after putting in my credentials, most of the time I have waited 2 minutes 06 seconds for the validation screen to come up. As of 7/4/23, I have lost all online connection and no one at TrueSky can access the "front logon" for my account either. Thankfully they can access it through their "backend", but any inquiry or function must be done in person. CAN YOU IMAGINE IN TODAY'S TIME NOT HAVING ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS?!?!Yes, I am furious. The only reason I gave 2 stars because the poor TrueSky employees that get me (trying to keep calm), are kind and courteous. We have been evaluating potentially moving our business account to another financial institution from a regular bank, but from this point could not even consider this financial institution. So sad, since this CU used to be customer centric until the new leadership.

My husband passed away December 4th 2022. Our 2019 Ford Flex is financed through Tru Sky in his name only. I am not in a position to refinance and they would not add me to the loan. The loan is current. I have made it very clear I will continue to make payments. I even put money in his savings account and I received a call today stating rhey would not refund the money and that I either needed to surrender the car or they would have their repo team pick it up. I am the one who notified them of his passing. What an unethical and horrible way to treat a grieving family. They are going to leave me on foot and not one of them even offered their condolences. The CEO should not only be ashamed of themselves, but should be embarrassed by their treatment of customers, especially a grieving widow.
