Will never shop here again.
Popped in to buy an impromptu gift for a friend, found a cute sale tee shirt in a Small but wasn't sure about the size.
While shopping, I had messaged my friend to see what size she wore.
Literally walked outside the store and she texted me back she was a Medium. I asked thr store if I could just swap the size and got a hard "No", I explained what had happened and had just bought the shirt less than a minute ago, didn't matter.
Bad business practices and poor customer service.
Shame to sacrifice a customer over $6.00 teeee shirt!
There are dozens of other shops just like this all around OKC that I can spend my money at.

The Burlap Buffalo team is INCREDIBLE! I ordered a gift for my mom for Christmas and it unfortunately was damaged in transit. Olivia was so patient and kind on the phone. It is so evident the entire team cares about their customers! One of my favorite reasons to shop small and support local businesses. Thank you so much! ❤️

I’ve been shopping at this store since they opened! I absolutely love coming in, the girls are always really sweet & I can always find clothes for whatever occasion I’m searching for! I love that there are so many selections, we never leave empty handed.

The experience I had here wasn't what I was expecting, which is good and bad. Parking is slim, but I came on a Saturday and found a spot. I was not greeted by the 3-4 girls at check out, but they may have been busy. I began browsing, as this was my first time in, and they have lots of household decorations in addition to their clothing. I was on the hunt for more summertime dresses. Their store is relatively packed with clothing racks and the minimal windows make it seem more cramped. I picked out a few items and asked for a dressing room, and it was some repurposed closet that didn't have the best air, so it was a little warm. To be very honest, it seems like they have done their absolute best to make the space very cute and full.Praise to the one clerk who helped me find my size in jeans so I could picture myself in the tops. Their stuff is really cute, and I wanted to like everything. I decided on 2 dresses and 3 tops for a total of around $250. My current favorite shirt is from that haul and I want to wear it every day, haha. My mom liked it so much we bought her one too! Overall, I'll absolutely be back, just with better expectations this time.

My package arrived timely and pretty. I love the gold on black packaging! Everything inside the box - chocolate bars, candy, food items and candles came wrapped and in perfect shape. Two items were sold-out and Olivia called me and was soooooo sweet and patient as she searched for suitable replacements. I will be ordering again and again!
