These guys all did a great job. They were quick, thorough, and communicative. Kaela, in particular, went out of her way to answer some questions and provide additional information during my visit. Definitely go hit them up for your next oil change!

Kayla was very good at explaining everything and gave us a military discount. They also do teacher and first responder discounts! Josh was thorough with the oil change and showed us the stick so we could see it was full and clean. Manager came out and asked if everyone treated us good! GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!

Nobody seemed happy to be there.Had to scrape off and install my own service sticker. At a 112$ price was nearly 40$ more than Walmart for a basic oil change. I would only go here again if they had no customers waiting and i was in a big hurry.

10 minute oil change is pretty accurate, I think I was in there about 12 minutes! The people here were what made the whole experience enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone I spoke with was friendly. I was given the option to replace the cabin filter, I’ve been to other places that just do it and charge you?, I was also given options on different oils. It’s a newer car and this was the first time I didn’t take it to the dealer for a change, so I didn’t know what was in it or what to use but the young man helped me decide. AND they helped me figure out how to reset the oil life!

Wow!! The best oil change experience I have ever had in my life!! Literally was less than 10mins to get my oil changed! I sat in the car watched the mechanics change it they showed me the oil stick made sure I was happy with their service, and I was in and out! They also were extremely friendly! Even wished me a merry Christmas!! I couldn’t say enough about this shop!! So so impressed!! Thank you SB!!! Great job ?

I normally do my own maintenance on my vehicles however it was a little too cold and my garage a little too full. So I took my truck to Strickland Brothers and had them change my oil. They were fast, friendly and professional. They gave me a discount for being a veteran and informed me of a headlight that just went out as I was about to leave. They had good communication with me and each other between the upper and lower bay technicians. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I was so impressed with the service I received today! These guys were so helpful and professional! I went there to get my tire pressure checked and ended up getting a full service oil change!! Quality work and service!!!

Great staff! They did not have my specific oil filter and were able to obtain one while the oil was still draining! This staff genuinely cared about providing good service and taking care of us as quick as possible! Also really appreciate the fact they support military, veterans, and first responders! Have been here twice and won't be going back. Each time I get there I pull around back and there are two bays open and plenty of people inside working but no one ever comes out to tell you which bay to pull up to. The second time I waited about 30 minutes outside the garage until I was even recognized and then told to pull to the other bay, which then put me behind someone that got there 10 minutes after me making my wait even longer. This was a very similar experience to my first time going. Once I got pulled up into the bay I then get to see and hear all the horseplay of the young manager (or so I was told, he was the manager) and just wanted to talk to me about trying to upsell me everything. Telling me my wipers look really worn out without even touching them. Were I had replaced them the day before myself. So clear lies. Wish a Take 5 would just come to Mustang

If I could give zero stars I would. I pulled in today 9/29/23 no one ever came to my vehicle as I sat there for a good 5-10 minutes. A white truck pulls in and gets helped before I do. So I sat to see if he would come to me after. Nope walked right off so I left. Sorry customer service I will not do business with this company it was my first and last coming to Strickland Brothers
