I was actually greeted at the door by a security officer with the most welcoming smile and telling me to come on in. I didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes to be taken back to a room. The staff was right there and started treatment immediately. I was treated with respect and kindness at all times. I'm sure it would take longer when they're super busy but they're very efficient. I definitely will return here for my emergencies.

Great staff, quick to get us checked in and into a room, nurses and doctor were amazing with my 2YO made his experience more welcoming. He left with a big smile on his face and a popsicle

Fast friendly treatment. Dustin was very easy to work with and clear in communication. Dr B was thorough in his assessment and treatment.

It's a calming place, as soon as you walk in. The doctors and nurses treat you like an actual human being. They listen to your issues and they engage with you and your loved ones. They have even offered to help me get insurance. I'm so thankful that there is a hospital that still exists that puts patients over profit.

I have been to this location before and did not have a good experience. However, this time was different. Laura, our nurse, was excellent. She provided excellent care to our little guy. The doctors were also compassionate and took the time to answer any questions I had.

I have been at SSM a few times some not to good but last night they were awesome, nurse Shawn was awesome great bedside manners love him and the nurse that gave me my treatment was awesome she talked to me while I did my treatment it made time fly bye, the Doctor was awesome she took time to talk to me to find out what was wrong, and the X-ray tech was also awesome. Thanks for making me feel taken care of ?

Every person from the lady at the front desk to the nurse and doctor, even the guy that got my insurance information, was very professional and extremely nice. I was apologized to repeatedly for the delays and time it took. I never thought it took to long. I've been in and out of hospitals my whole life and this was one of the quickest experiences I've ever had.

I've always been an Integris Health patient, but an emergency brought me to SSM last Friday. The amount of compassion, and caring, and overall care absolutely blew my mind. The staff here are all so amazing. I have switched my care to being directly under SSM. thank you so much!

As soon as I enter the building the front desk were short and rude. The nurse calls my name, doesn't look at me and just starts walking to the room, then she begins questioning me like it's all my freaking fault I am sick. I'm like I don't got to deal with this. Peace out! Never will I ever go here again

Saved my life. The security guy is rude. I presented in the throes of a massive MI and he was not at all interested in letting me in to be treated. When I got to the nurse everything went great. These people are top rate medical professionals in my opinion. Thank you SSM Mustang. I am here today because of you.

I'm a hard stick with the IV, and the nurse got it done no problem on the first try!!Everyone was so nice and kind to me though I was in pain, the only person who I felt was short with me was the actual doctor. Before you read how I felt, this was still one of the best ER experiences I ever had. I just feel like people in physical pain, should be handled with care if they're not sporadically aggressive.I was gaslighted twice by her about where my pain was located though I have multiple witnesses that can confirm my story never changed even with my pains touching a 10.(It's hard to think under that much pain)This on top of her attitude made my diagnosis harder to take.(I was also upset because it's part of something pre-existing that I've been battling so I was brought to even more tears)But I'm glad we came to resolution to a degree.I was given medication that really helped and she even recommended a book to help with my future health issues.I understand ER staff are typically stressed due to being short-staffed and having to run all over the place, but for me to feel comfortable UNTIL I speak with the doctor... makes me sad that it happened given how much physical pain I was in.So maybe if you're elderly, bring someone with you to make sure you're being treated properly. Medically and as a person.

Horrible experience. The only nice person was the police officer who checks you in. Nurse was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. The doctor stood in the doorway, 6 feet away from me and told me what I had was viral and to go home and treat the symptoms. That was great but the next day I am going to the after hours clinic because I have a secondary sinus infection which I thought was the case when I was there. I have to pay double for absolutely nothing for the first visit. I only went the first night because my sinuses were hurting so badly that it was becoming a migraine..... of which they did nothing about. Totally wasted trip and awful nurse and doctor. I'll never go back.

Very attentive and friendly. Great service by staff. Wasn't able to find my problem but they are still working on it. Update. I ended up having a hernia which they never saw. They were going to schedule a colonoscopy which I didn't need but no one ever contacted me. Also gall stones were found but nothing recommended for it. Now scheduled for urgent surgery.

If I could give more stars I would. It was the nicest and most welcoming I’ve felt in an ER in my life and I’ve been to plenty. It was my first time going alone to an ER and I have very high anxiety in general and a bad past with doctors that made me feel all around just scared and nervous because of what I went in for. Everyone even the people at the front desk were incredibly nice and everyone spoke so gently and kind to me and took everything I said seriously. My nurse was amazing and I hope to never forget her because she showed so much compassion and understanding I never dealt with a nurse like her before. Her name was Stephanie I believe and she’s just amazing at making you feel heard and valid and is so friendly and I could tell she cared. Thank you to the staff for all the hard work you do because I can’t imagine doing what you do while keeping empathy and compassion in tact. I’m glad I chose this hospital to go to and will recommend it to anyone. Thank you again.

Went into emergency with asthma and lung problem. I was seen within 20 minutes. Incredibly great nurses and doctor. So thorough. They gave me an exhaustive battery of tests, found out the problem wasn’t what I had diagnosed ?and got some medication and I’m feeling better today. If I ever have to go to emergency again I would go here. Love you guys.
