Our puppy Monty died in this office on 1/17/2024. McNeill, McCormack, and “nursing” staff were unable to explain exactly what happened in their office. He had no other health issues and NEVER had an adverse reaction to anesthesia from the FIRST surgery.This office FAILED to promptly provide details and documentation about the event.When I asked questions about what happened they all just looked at each other like they didn’t know and refused to answer any questions.McCormack has the least empathetic bedside manner we have ever received from a medical provider, she simply left the room and refused to discuss anything with us about what happened to our baby.PLEASE I beg you do not subject your babies to this veterinary office.Save yourself and your children from having to grieve the loss of a beloved pet like myself and my children had to do when we buried our Monty.

Considering we lost our furbaby that day. The staff was very considerate and offered cremation with care and treated us so kindly. We even got a extra keepsake, our little guys actual paw prints on clay, sympathy cards that also has his paw prints which can be cherished forever and his ashes. When the time is right we will be coming back and this will be our pets vet clinic bc they were so awesome and did all they could and we appreciate them so much. Thank you guys!

I wish I could give no starts!! Absolutely terrible front desk, she is snobby, ignorant and doesn't want to help animals or bring in new business for the owner!! To the owner if you truly care about animals and your business FIRE the hateful demon you have working your front desk! Don't give your money or time to this awful business!!!

Worst vet experience I’ve ever had. They are overpriced (office visit is almost $70, twice what my regular vet is). Called ahead and expressed that I wanted acupuncture for my IVDD dog and asked what I’d be charged so I could come prepared. Came in and was charged $170 for the visit, where we were told he has an infection but “don’t know where and can’t say for sure he actually has one” (no, I’m not kidding) and didn’t even get the acupuncture because according to the vet, my dog indicated he didn’t need it. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money.

Great veterinary clinic. We've been coming here since 1996. They provide both traditional and holistic veterinary care. We trust Dr McNeill to take the best care of our pets.

I've been taking my two Cocker Spaniels to Dr. Nita for 9 years . Not only do I love her, my girls LOVE, LOVE her. Dr. Nita and her entire staff are incredible. Kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I totally trust each and every one of them to care for my fur babies.
