I’ve been here a ton of times. They aren’t great at high detailed requests but I prefer simple so it’s usually a great experience. Today I received the worst job I’ve ever received. I just wanted a translucent dip over my own nail. Should have been an easy job. I won’t be back.

You cannot beat the prices. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and they are the nicest people and do great work. You come here more than once and they’ll remember you. They’re also super patient when I bring my daughter and ask about her when I don’t. Have I mentioned the prices? Everywhere else is twice as much. Highly recommend.

Don’t bother making an appt. You don’t get who you request and you will sit and wait. I wanted to go back and change the color because I hate the way they did my ombré. Just to change the color was going to cost another $35! On top of the $35 I just paid to get someone I didn’t make an appointment with and didn’t do it the way I had expected it to look (it was great the last time). I like consistency. They can’t deliver.

The manicure my wife received today (2/3/2023) looks like something a blind kindergartner would do. The 3rd photo was taken a couple of hours after getting a pedicure from Luxury Nails a few months ago.

Always a nice relaxing visit. I love the fact that even if you get the basic Pedi they give massages and take their time. We showed up when it was busy, but the staff took their time and didn't seemed rush.
