I was able to find a few things but it’s just a typical Lowes store. It’s not bad but I wish there was more to the store to help me find things that I need, and this location somehow was missing it. I will be going to another home improvement store to find the thing I was looking for.

Management at this Lowe’s must be non-existent. I place online orders often for pickup. 7 out of 10 times, they don’t have what I need. However, I can go directly to the shelf and find it myself. 10 out of 10 times, you can choose curbside pickup and wait 15+ minutes for someone to bring you your order. There needs to be a serious cleaning out in the management department.

I was on the phone for a half hour being transferred from one person to another in different departments despite the Automated service telling me where I need to go - FAWKEN HIRE A PHONE PERSON WHO KNOWS PHONES YU FKN RATORDS!!!! They fawkin HUNG UP on me after half a fawken hour of transfers and holding!!!!!

Using the Lowe's app is convenient but it is also disappointing when it comes to products, when ordered in the app , it shows there is inventory but not until the following day then a message is sent stating order is ready for pickup but we don't have One of your items, that's frustrating because I could have picked up what I needed the day before when there was a store near by , by morning I'm 40 miles away. They need to have real time inventory for the store items are ordered from and also the app need the option allow you to exchange an item rather than cancel it and have to wait 5 days for credit back . In regards to the Mustang, Ok store, employees are amazing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Ruby was helping me last and her people's service skills exceeded my expectations she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues and was simply amazing. She was the cashier that checked me out and For that a 5 star is well deserved.

I made purchase recently for two ceiling fans with installation. Installations were cancelled on me several times without notice. And they even rescheduled me without notice. I was never contacted by the tech or by Lowe's in 48 hrs as they promised. I spoke with Corey concerning the issue bc my installation kept being cancelled over and over and bc I had to take time off for no reason, so he directed me to someone who's name I cannot remember to try and work something out bc it was getting ridiculous. I finally ended telling her that I would install them myself and to cancel everything, and that I wanted a refund back into my credit card just for the installs which she never did. I had to find out by mistake that my order was never canceled bc I recieved a text from tech that he was coming out to my house. She never canceled the installs as I requested, neither refunded my money back. I made several attempts to contact the store and got nowhere so I showed up to the store on 5/13 around 4pm to have it canceled in person with the customer service rep who was extremely rude both in person and on the phone. She needs an attitude adjustment. This place lacks definitely communication and customer service.

Some supplementary training to recontextualize what the meaning of 'personal space' is would do your staff some benefit. There should never be a time in which one of your attendants are so close to me that I can not only smell their perfume but I can also hear the noise their mouth makes whenever they're smacking their lips. That happened just now. Two stars for.. I guess having the right thing I was looking for? I should have driven the extra few minutes to go to Home Depot instead, but i foolishly wanted to save some time. Never had an unpleasant experience there to date.

I've been shopping at this lowes a very long time. It's usually a decent experience. However after last night I don't think I'll be returning. I used the self checkout as the human operating registers were busy. While checking myself out an elderly employee literally stared me down and leaned over me to ensure I checked all my items out. It was a very uncomfortable experience as she was treating me like a thief! Insanely unprofessional behavior. If you want ensure no one steals then bring back the human operated registers instead of having customers do your job for you. I will be taking my business elsewhere indefinitely.
