This Lowes in Mustang, OK has given my husband and I the worst customer service experience we have ever had in our life. We ordered blinds for 2 large windows in our house at the end of April to be installed. Today was the 3rd time the installer said the blinds were the wrong size. It is almost July and the installer left the open boxes on our living room floor and said he could not install them. This is the second time he's done that. Every time we have to contact the store we are treated extremely bad by the staff, like we are bothering them. If they would just install the blinds, we wouldn't have to call them. I hope this store goes out of business and all those people who would rather socialize than do the job, will actually lose the jobs. The management is just as bad as their employees and Lowes has lost a previous loyal customer for life.

Went to Lowe's today in Mustang ready to make a purchase. Online they showed they had the two items we were looking at buying. We wanted to look at them both to compare the size. One was on the floor the other was in the back. The two employees working in the fridge section did not want to pull the one from the back so we could look at it. It would not have had to be unboxed we could have opened the top of box and looked at it and been able to tell but they were not willing so we left and went to Home Depot and made our purchase. Just sad to us not to keep our business in our town but they clearly did not want our business.

Lowes is more expensive than other stores, less knowledgeable and staff run away from ya.

They have a good selection but don't expect to find any help when you need it. You may not be able to get anyone to help you without pinning them down.

BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY!!! I wanted to return some current stock merchandise and was refused, even with a receipt. AB, the head cashier, said his only job was to enforce the rules. He was diplomatic but not polite. All I wanted was to return the bathroom fans and purchase 3 more compatible with the electrical setup in our bathrooms. Unfortunately, I didn't use my Lowe's credit card, which is a simple workaround. The policy of 90 day return is not conducive to a low labor supply in the construction/remodel world we live in now. Completely disappointed in this and will do everything I can to not shop at Lowe's and tell everyone I know the same. It makes no sense making an exception for various methods of payment. I even asked for a gift card so I could keep shopping. For current stock items, I would expect some kind of return policy with less limitations and would have been accepting of a restocking fee.

Do so enjoy a home improvement store. So much to see and generating possibilities for new home projects! This location had aisles free of clutter. Employees offered help with a dash of humor. Gotta appreciate that! I do. Plenty of foliage and good markdowns on perennials as well as spring time decor. You guessed it - plenty of Halloween decor out ready for the consumer who loves to make their space spooky.

A big shoutout for excellent customer service from Jose and Chelsea today. I bought shower tile and a dishwasher. Jose didn’t work in the tile department but loaded 8 boxes of very heavy tile and Chelsea loaded a dishwasher!! Great service!!

Joshua is the manager and he is rude and degrading to women. Acts like a total egotistical prick and thinks he doesn't have to acknowledge your questions or concerns. We will take our business elsewhere. He doesn't want to work anyway. You can find his fat @$$ posted up at a desk in the kitchen area while he points and tells people where to go. Complete jerk. Asked for help and waited 30 minutes only to get snarky comments and be told they wouldn't sell me the remainder of the flooring. A bunch of excuses because they didn't want to work.

This store didn't bring up their inventory. It really wasted my time to come to this store.

I am a frequent shopper at this Lowe's location. The store is clean and the workers are always very helpful and quick. I highly recommend shopping at this store!

I shop at Lowe's a lot and every time I need to return something there is usually a long line at customer service with usually one staff member frantically answering phone calls and trying to process through returns. Not to mention they don't seem knowledgeable with the operating systems or computers so have to ask for help. I generally see a lot of people on the sales floor but not one member offers to help out. I've come on every day of the week and it's never been any different.

Did an online purchase. Received an e mail stating my stuff was ready. It till them literally over 30 minutes to find someone to open the gate so I could get my pavers. No time now to get lunch before going back to work. I will not use this Lowe's again. Had an issue the first, and last time I was here, now an issue today. Over it!

Pretty pissed of at this place right now.. I went in looking for sand for a sandbox.. couldn't find it anywhere.. mind you I'm obviously 9months pregnant ready to pop any day with a 2 year old in the carriage.. so I asked for help. This guy sent me to lawn and garden.. waddled my ass all the way in there.. couldn't find it.. asked for help again, OBVIOUSLY I'm hurting.. the guy told me it's in concrete which is AAALLLLL THE WAAYYY on the other end of the store, last isle.. finally get down there, in so much pain I just wanted to go home, but I needed to get this done for my son. So I go to pick up a 50lb bag of sand.. can't do it, and there are no workers in site to help me. Too tired to try to find someone else, I sucked it up and lifted 3, 50 lb bags into the carriage.. at this point I'm ready to cry.. I lug the carriage to checkout, 2 people there standing around.. no one offered to help me get them to my car, or in my car.. so I had to lug this broken carriage all the way to the other end of the store where my car was.. it was so weighted down, constantly pulling to the right. It was SO HARD for me to get it to my car, then trying to lift them again into my car without the carriage rolling way.. so fed up, so much pain, so pissed. The other Lowe's in Yukon has much better customer service

If you are a contractor or an experienced Lowe's shopper, this location is for you. If you aren't an expert and don't have the store plan memorized, prepare to be frustrated. On the weekends, this location is packed. It's hard to get an associate who is free. When you finally do find a free associate, you should probably avoid them at all costs because they are probably free for a reason. I mean, if that person is named Beverly, you might as well just keep walking. Most unhelpful person with a biting attitude. The good news is that, once you are frustrated and leave with the wrong item, the people doing returns are super friendly and will help get you cash back for purchasing the wrong color stain. The return process was the easiest out of any store I have been to recently. The products are reliable and high quality. The garden center is crazy during the spring. Every time I have been they have had a truck bringing in more plants. While I've spent way too much money here recently, I would have probably spent more if I could have found what I needed quickly with the help of a friendly associate.
