Claimed you have to have an account to notarize an absentee ballot, which is absolutely false."In Oklahoma, notaries may not charge a fee to notarize an absentee ballot affidavit."EDIT to respond to response: So the woman who said this at the Mustang branch (I have a witness, BTW) has been corrected?

Terrible customer service. I've asked them to write my balance on the receipt after making a deposit and they don't. Everytime I need to add or change something with my account, they are totally unhelpful. I hate dealing with this bank, and the longer I stay with them the more I hate it. Dont open an account here, go to AllAmerica Bank instead.
