Kelly the district manger help use with new phones. She came in on her day off to fill in for a employee. She did outstanding job and was very very pleasant to work with. I really hope cricket gives her a bonus for coming in on her day off. It was a great experience.

Clerk talked so fast that it was hard to follow her. She failed to disclose critical information. You can't pay your bill by check or by billpay through your bank. They also won't refund your fees and first month bill when you cancel before leaving the store. It appears you can't have a cell phone, at least with Cricket, unless you give them a credit card to keep on file. Another couple for AT&T who owns Cricket.

I had the absolute worst experience at this store. I purchased 4 phones for Christmas. One is not functioning properly, i was told by the manager to call customer care after she couldn't resolve my problem. Customer care told me to go back to the store and they would replace my phone. When i did, the manager argued with customer care and said she would not replace or exchange it. She also informed me the store is not an authorized dealer. It clearly states on the front door that they are. I still have not got a resolution to my problem. I am told i will have to send the brand new phone i bought to LG for a refurbished one. So ridiculous and frustrating!
