I stopped by the Mustang branch on Saturday to get some help with my moms account. Ashley Collins was so super helpful and assisted me with getting everything straightened out and on my way with ease. Being a caregiver is never an easy situation and Ashley was amazing and very understanding of the issues I needed to get worked out. I’m SO appreciative that she was kind and helpful and fixed every single issue I had in a matter of minutes!Thank you Ashley! Your kindness has NOT gone unnoticed!!

I was waiting in line for a teller on Monday when I noticed Ashley helping an old woman. The old woman seemed a little confused about her accounts and Ashley took her time to help the lady. It seems that the old woman was on a fixed income and trying to make sure that all her bills were getting paid. Ashley not only helped the woman, she treated the woman like she was her own mother or grandmother. She was very sweet and kind to the lady.In today's world, there are so few out there that will do this. You should be proud of Ashley. There is a difference between hospitality and customer service. Good customer service gets the job done, but hospitality is much deeper and much warmer. It would seem that Ashley knows the difference and demonstrates both very beautifully.
