This bank is NOT recommend by me what so ever...I was told that in order for me to cash my check i needed to open a bank account (which was not true). It was just an emergency situation because of the hurricane and my bank was all the way closed. I was not made aware that there was some cancelation fee and they would continue to charge my account then send it to collections to effect my credit unless I kept 75 dollars for the next 6 months. And they refuse discontinue my service. I was upset and would never ever have a bank account here under any circumstances. They hide fees and information just to lure people in to open an account. It's malpractice and bad business all around.

I’ve been going to the Mustang location for the past 9 years since I’ve been living here. Stephanie, Jackie, Dilailia, Kristi, Ashley has gone above and beyond to helping me every time. They greet me with kindness. Love my local bank!

I have been banking with City National Bank for years. All the staff is Excellent A+. Dilaila is wonderful. She is so friendly and handles all my business making it all an easy process.

This has to be the best experience I’ve ever had with dealing with a bank. Jackie was so professional, helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond, helping me register my company with the State departments and then setting up a business account. She was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She walked me through the process every step of the way. If I could give more stars, this bank would get 10 instead of only 5. Excellent Job Jackie. Above and beyond. The bank is so lucky to have you as one of their employees. And I recommend this bank, over any other, to everyone.

The heat index is 105 and I cashed a check with this bank 4 days ago saying how my electricity was about to be turned off. It’s been off for 3 days now. How can they charge $1 every transaction plus some(which I’m not able to even use my card cause my check is on hold…)and that can be taking out of my check but they can keep a hold for 7 days without letting me get half so I can pay my electric bill so my children and I aren’t in this heat.
Hands down worst bank. If this is an option for you to bank with choose the other bank!!! Safe yourself the money and hassle
