They need to retrain their managers. Awful customer service at this location. The head manager would of cost me money if I didn’t realize that he wasn’t doing his job and went to another location.

Wonderful staff! As I read below about issues with check holds...well this is a standard banking practice anywhere you go when a check is a large amount. I've banked with Bancfirst for over 15 years and have done multiple loans; car, mortgage etc. The Mustang branch is top notch. You City Slickers best quit getting your panties in a bunch.

I'm glad I'm switching banks. Teller said she would close one of the accounts after I moved money out of it one day, it was never closed so I was charged a fee and had to move money back over so I wouldn't be charged more fees. Had to make a second trip to the bank and the teller once again said she'd close the account but she'd have to email a supervisor do to so. It was finally closed as of this morning. It shouldn't take three and a half weeks to do that.

I also will go to another branch than have to see the rude young ladie teller ,how do they keep there job? The customer service representative Elida Winston infomed me that the specific mustang town business are only welcome to receive any sevicse from them any other neighboring business should go to there local location bancfirst ...read the bank Moto agan folks your not treating your customers with loyalty,....wen w back months later for my convience asked for change ..they shorted half of what I gave them, now I got to go to another bank down the street that I am not even a member of to get the rest of what I needed .really hard to stay a member with banc first

This is just for mustang location. I never had a problem before depositing a paycheck but today they wanted to put a hold on it because apparently the girl said that she never seen that type of amount in my account before but when I called customer service the guy said he doesn't know what she was talking about because he can see clearly on my accounts that I have made those deposits before in the past every single month ! I will never go to this location again if I want my banking done right I will go to the locations in Yukon or the city and if this continues to happen I will find another bank

I have had issues with the Mustang location the last 2 times I have been there. Terrible customer service, rude drive-thru tellers (actually I looked on my deposit slips and it was the same girl both times), and it takes FOREVER to make a deposit. I will start driving a little further to go to the Yukon location instead. Very disappointed!!!
