He is typically extremely busy but has always made sure to get my cars taken care of as quickly as possible. He asks questions and in my experience has gone above and beyond with customer service. “I was helped as soon as I walked in. I had a nail in a tire that needed to be fixed and another tire had a small gouge in the sidewall. After looking the tires over (which had about 70% tread left), it was determined that the tire with the gouge was not leaking and probably mainly cosmetic. The other tire was fixed, and they didn't try to pressure me into a new tire for the gouged one just to make a sale.”
