The owner responded to a message on the company Facebook site within an hour of the request, even though he was preparing for a family funeral that same day. While he obviously was unable to make a service call that day for that reason, while I was at work the next day he showed up to the remote location of my family I was calling on behalf of, on his way back from another job at 1:30pm, diagnosed the issue, picked up the parts and tools for front end suspension wreck damage on a van for family with three kids, repaired the vehicle the same day out by the curb while rain was pouring down on him. I was loaning my only vehicle until the van was repaired. The level of dependability and quality and speed of service was second to none. To say pricing was competitive would be drastically understated. I will assuredly be a returning customer, I will definitely refer family and friends, and highly recommend Arrowood to anyone reading this. Thank you.

Josh and his son were very friendly and did a great job! I needed a mirror replaced and Josh gave me a price significantly lower than other places I tried. He was very easy to work with and got my mirror replaced very efficiently. I would recommend him and his son for any of your automotive repairs!

Josh is what you would want from your neighborhood mechanic. He’s honest, fair, and very personable. I would choose Josh to work on my car over a big name car shop any day. I didn’t feel like he overcharged me for his service at all. He genuinely just wants to help people and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He’s the type of guy who would work on your car til past dark to make sure you drive away safely. Thanks Josh!
