This is supposed to primarily be a pharmacy. Yet the new pharmacy hours are ridiculous. They don't open until 8 or 9, close at lunch and are then only open until 6 and closed on weekends. If you work a normal 8-5 job, you have a 1 hour window to rush from your job and wait in a long line because everyone else is doing the same. Moving all of my prescriptions to Economy Pharmacy since they are open on Saturdays. Changing the pharmacy hours was a stupid business decision. Walgreens is impersonal and overpriced, but the convenience was worth it. With that gone, they are useless.

This is the worst walgreens ever been to.I go into pick up My order waited and waited.The poor young kid working by himself called for customer service assistance they never came so I didn't get my photo order I ordered .Very dissapointing

I have been a client for over a year. I require very specific medications, after a 5 day wait your company still does not have my medication in stock, hasn't ordered it or given me any kind of timeline as to when it might arrive. I'm sure you realize that many of us that take critical care medications that without them we are in a very dire situation that most of the time requires a visit to the ER or a hospital stay to stabilize us after going without our medications.
Thankfully I was able to contact another pharmacy and they were able to order and get me my medication within the 24 hours.
WHY can't a big corporate owned business such as Walgreens have this kind of buying power to have the medication needed on hand so your clients don't have to suffer. I will be removing myself from your establishment at this time and will never enter a Walgreens again for any reason since you are unable to do your job as a PHARMACY and fill prescriptions.
Thank you for the stress and anguish this has caused a 60 plus old year woman. I will also be posting this on any review sites I can find.

Corporate needs to do something about this pharmacy. Just got discharged from the hospital and I need my meds. This pharmacy does not care.

The 3 stars for this Walgreens location is strictly for the store itself. I always find good clearance, sales, and the photo department is helpful and convenient. They just took my passport photo for a renewal for me a few months ago, and the lady was super detailed to make sure it met all criteria to get approved. My issue with Walgreens is the pharmacy. Since Covid, they have changed the days/hours they are open like 10 different times. They are generally rude, and prices change for prescriptions literally month to month. I have been meaning to switch to a local pharmacy forever.

Sent 2 photos to chandler street in Muskogee for 8x10 canvases, needed for a gift the next day. Called to confirm they received my order to make sure they knew they were there, they never completed my order, said they were to busy. Maybe they shouldn't say they have same day pickup and an estimated finish time if they aren't going to do it at all! I had to cancel my order. This has happened in the past with their photo dept.

I only come here because they’re a FedEx drop-off / pick-up location. I brought a box to be shipped and they said they couldn’t find the label in their system. I took it to the other location and they found it. It seems like these places don’t want to bother with FedEx items. I wish I didn’t have to deal with FedEx either, but it wasn’t my choice to use them.

Walked in to ask about a script. I haven't gotten scrips filled there before. Lady in the pharmacy cut me off and said we don't have it can't get it and it's on back order. Very rude and unhelpful! Will not ever use that pharmacy again!

when I just got off the phone within 30 mins of arriving. They acted as if my business would be better served elsewhere. If they were not responsible for a service that can at times be life threatening this kind of attitude and power trip is a big red flag and I think a call I’d going to be made to Deerfield, IL and see if they care since Muskogee seems carefree

At first they were great the pharmacists was pretty RUDE but she got my prescription filled the first time !!!! Now I’m almost 2 days late on my prescription!! I honestly think that they can fill it but she just doesn’t want to !!! I had to call twice a day last month to get it filled . Shame on you Walgreens do better treat people like you would want to be treated. Walgreens please fill my meds I can’t go anywhere else until next week !!! If at all cost avoid going here they are very unprofessional and RUDE for no reason. This is a mental health medication. Please just be nice it cost absolutely nothing !!! This time I won’t call your name out but next time I will!!!
