“The venue was beautiful everything was spot on when it came to the venue, when we were on the search , 810 was a perfect match for us. On our day the place so just soo pretty and had no problems with it at all and had so many amenities and was worth every penny, Now with that being said When we arrived to book our venue they have a in-house coordinator/ manager by the name of Kelly that was already available to us if we chose to do so, which we did considering she sold us on being experienced at the venue, well she wasn’t the most pleasant to be around, did not listen or tried to double check stuff with me and made me feel like my minor tiny detail requests were ridiculous to ask for and my taste was too much and I was supposed to remind her about things I didn’t received that I had asked for and applied for online. Had minor issues with her for just not listening to my request and didn’t have her head fully in the game with what I needed from her, since I had a snarky guest giving her jabs about her work, she was upset for the rest of the day which showed in all our videos so me and my new husband definitely paid the price for it with things just going down hill and we got ambushed with so many concerns about her on the day and next day of our wedding so our experience was kinda having to listen to our parents , closest friends , and family complain about what went wrong because of coordinating and poor communication with me on my day. I had so many mishaps when none would happen if she just came to me directly. I think she showed up to my room probably 4 times total and I was there since 9 am. Having to hear my mother in law going back and forth with her about a placement of basket and still did it Her way instead of coming to me even though it was directly my request. What hurts the most is I got zero footage of me walking down the aisle due to poor communication with the bride and we couldn’t even hear our aisle song due to the dj playing music inside very loud which I wished my coordinator would’ve took control over and tell him to turn it down. that sentimental aisle moment Is lost I didn’t hear my song until I got the the alter same with my husband and then it was switching horribly just a mess, and that’s because we bought her most expensive package so we expected quality work. With that being said if I had to choose all over with the information we learned and experienced I would’ve chose a different coordinator 100% some of the biggest moments for me was executed carelessly. We had a meeting to discuss all of this and she returned our tip which was very gracious my experience with her will not change my mind on how amazing the venue was all our family and friends just LOVED IT I will always recommend the venue it was soooo beautiful.”

“Had a magical experience. This was mine and my fiance first time to the castle. And it did not disappoint. They have a free drive through lights display. And then you get to walk around and enjoy the castle. Lots of stuff for the kiddos. Petting zoo, hay rides, train rides that also take you on a magical ride through the light displays. Pony and camel rides. And a great place to eat see Santa and buy gifts for Christmas and make things. This is a must see. Me and my family will definitely be back.”
