Came into Tender Touch and got the standard package and added floor mats to the package! They did such a good job. I’ve been trying to get the bugs off the front for like two weeks. Such a wonderful family owned company, and a great addition to the Muskogee community!

I’ve been coming here for a long time and getting the mini details on my vehicles. They always do a great job, it takes such little time and everytime I drive off my car is spotless. I have 2 young boys who both play sports, we love the outdoors, go hiking/ camping- and my car is always getting messy from all of those things! Yet I still get a lot of compliments because they treat the interior and exterior with care and it’s shining. 10/10 recommend, it’s a biweekly ritual for me at this point! Wish they had a membership program!

Took the boss’s pick-up Tuesday for a full detail inside and out, they had it “done” in 3 hrs, paid $200 for mediocre job, walking to the truck could already tell they didn’t put any effort into it. Dirt still on the bumper, they cleaned AROUND mud on the inside of the door panel, mats not cleaned, console still had dried Dr Pepper on it, didn’t bother to even wash the windows or windshield when asked if they could at least do that the kid pulled out a nasty dirty rag and rubbed it on the windows. Highly recommend you NOT taking your vehicle here if you expect professional service.

We use them about 4-5 times a year for our three vehicles. Seem to do a pretty good job, except some of the indention places on your vehicle don't get clean. I am sure because every car is different it's hard to hit every indention. But overall, we're always pretty happy with the service. People are mostly nice and courteous. They do a good job cleaning the interior too.Only negative is that they prices have gone up a lot it seems recently. But I guess you have to understand that because everything in the world has increased.
