Went to the only T-Mobile store here in Muskogee today. Waited 43 minutes to be waited on. I wanted a new Apple Watch. I have an older one just wanted a new one. Wanted to pay for it not finance it and have it synced to my phone. Did not want to add a new line. The representative waiting on me had to "find out" if they could sell it to me without adding a line and without financing. He told me I should just go to Wal mart and buy one. We have been with T-Mobile for a very long time and really you can't just sell me a watch? And then tell me to go to Wal mart and buy it. What?

Store charges for making payments in store. in store scheme not approved by T-Mobile corporate. Workers act like know it all's even when proven wrong by their own IT especially involving faulty equipment. Store is only useful when signing up and would suggest going through different stores for services and equipment

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Do not know what they are doing unless following queue on there little tablets, gave out all wrong information and then acted like it was my fault, manager is horrible and all her employees follow suit.

Came in to pay my bill, I was not greeted and service was absolutely horrible. I certainly did not feel like an appreciated customer. And the worker Paola gives terrible service.

Was a Sprint customer until T-Mobile bought them out. Long story short, I had 2 accounts and thankfully Dymin was willing to get on the phone with Care and get me to 1 account. Ended up saving me money. Bless her heart, she was on the phone for over an hour getting me taken care of.

Holy cow!!! I have never in 60 years ever had the customer service that I got today! I’m still in shock! I have been shopping around for internet service. Each place I visited, employees either weren’t trained well on the services that they provided, could care less that I was even in their stores, extremely rude, didn’t offer to help me, was too busy talking on their phones to acknowledge my presence or just really didn’t care. One other store told me they were too busy & just come back in during the early hours when they weren’t so busy! Yes!!! That actually happened at one of your competitors stores! So I called T-Mobile in a last ditch effort in hopes of finding the service I needed. I called first because I just couldn’t handle going in yet another phone store & being brushed off or ignored anymore! So I had nothing more to lose! Well…to my surprise a very young lady answered my call. My first thought was; great here we go again! This is a very young person that is just like a lot of the younger generation that are just down right hateful & very disrespectful. WRONG!!! Her name was Paola. She treated me with so much respect! She was so knowledgeable about what I was in the market for! She told me that if I came to the store that she would give me some options & would explain the different types of services available to fit my need. She was so full of knowledge that I just couldn’t believe that I finally got what I was after! The store manager also came to talk to me & made sure that I was being helped. He told me about the promotion that was going on. And I told him that she had already told me about it. He was super, super nice & talked to me for awhile. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to take over or belittle the salesperson or try to act like a big shot. He said Paola was very knowledgeable & he knew that she would take good care of me! I truly felt like I was important! I was in another store & the manager in duty totally disrespected & talked down to the sales person trying to work with me. He even said that if they couldn’t figure out what I needed to come talk to him & he knew the company inside & out! Needless to say I felt so bad for the sales person. That was just wrong on all levels! I just want to say today’ purchase was worth every penny that I will spend there! “Thank you” is just not good enough for this employee. She deserves to be acknowledged & thanked personally for the Sevice that she gave me today! TMobile is very fortunate to have this young lady on their team! Thank you so very much Paola, for helping this old lady! You made me feel like I mattered!

Very friendly staff,sometimes long waits but when there's alot of customers and not many staff that's nkrmal,and not all fixes on devices are simple,been using T Mobile for years,no complaints other than my bill
