I bought an oculus there a little over a year ago. I paid it off less than a week ago and the strap broke. Ok fine. I call. Apparently they cancelled the MANDATORY insurance and didn’t tell me and now it’s not covered. But had I brought it back the day BEFORE I paid it off they would have replaced it. What kind of business is that?! I would recommend you NOT go there!

To start with, my stuff was delivered a week late just because the manager forgot, which is what I was told by the employee on the phone. Even after I called to confirm it would be delivered and they said yes. So our payments were moved back a week which is between pay weeks. I get a call today because the payment didn't go through, I knew it wouldn't and was going to call. Got told that I couldn't make my payment on Monday which is two days after my due date. The man on the phone was extremely rude while we were trying to figure things out between my husband and I. Now everything's back on track and hope I never have to speak to those people until I get the machines paid off. Not like it matters to anyone anyway dince this is literally a last resort for anyone anywhere. These people give rent a center a bad name. Worst location I've ever been to. Met nicer employees in NY. Way to go guys.
