I needed a new battery when I was in Muskogee from out of town. The Manager on Duty (Tom) was very helpful throughout the purchasing process, the testing, and with the installation of the new battery. The process was quick and professional. I was back on the road in no time.

Ignorant & rude staff. Go to the store near chandler & York intersection instead.Went in to get check engine light codes stored to see if the issue I had was fixed since the mechanics shop I just left forgot to clear them. They told me they couldn't clear them and began to argue with me when I blatantly told them they could cause the other store has done it for me on 3 separate occasions. Got tired of arguing and just told them I'd go to a store that could actually do their job and not argue with customers. Went to the other store and wothout asking me another question, immediately assisted me with the EXACT same request. Just save your time and mental health, and go to a store that actually knows what they are doing.

Best set of help behind the cashier counter in service you can get in town. I have been a frequent flier here due to the many stops with my husband.. Great job guys. Glad he can find the things he needs for his project truck. Y'all are just too awesome!!
