Recently had a fuel pump go out and due to lack of tools and expertise, I needed to find a shop. I literally did a random google search and began calling shops. Every where I called turned me away or never returned my call. Nix automotive changed that. Even with a very full work load and pretty big projects (he was in the middle of dropping a motor into a truck), he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Called a tow, got it there Monday morning and they had it ready by Thursday afternoon. The staff is super courteous and so helpful. Nick presents as such a genuine human being and he explained everything in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel dumb. Britney (who works in the office) was also always kind and patient. The day of the diagnostic, I was at work and couldn't answer the phone and so he reached my father, who I had put down as my secondary contact. By the time I could call back it seemed like Nick and my father were old college buddies or something. Pretty sure he even earned my father's business in the future as well. Just remember, if it has a moving part, it will eventually break down and when it does, I would trust Nix automotive to handle anything on my vehicles. Quality people. Quality work.

If I could give 10 stars I would.. I’ve always noticed how busy his shop is.. I called around town on prices for a ac charge.. They all were ridiculously expensive.. So I called Nix and he work w/me in a price I could afford.. I took it in today and the compassion you hear in his voice while talking to him on the phone comes thru in person too.. I felt like I was treated as a queen.. He is a awesome honest mechanic.. He also employees on of Muskogee’s female mechanic and she is as equally compassionate and has a awesome sharp as a tack little boy that was there today.. And can tell by her sons actions she is an awesome mom.. You need auto repair Nix’s Automotive is your place.. They will not disappoint…❤️Service: Auto A/C recharge

My buddy and I fight mma and my car had broke down the day of my fight. These mechanics are the greatest I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only great mechanics but great people. I’m pretty ignorant to cars and they were able to explain everything to me to were it made sense. I live in Amarillo Texas and I will make sure I drive to Oklahoma to get my car fixed by these guys next time. All around amazing! Highly recommend! If this seems to good to be true we’ll think again. I am now friends on Facebook with them and have their personal numbers. They even came to my fight.
