Highly recommended.!! The personal training here is phenomenal!! Nick has been my personal trainer for a about 6 months and he's great. Told him what my goals were and he helped me accomplish them.

Looking for a gym that feels like family then this is the gym for you. It has all the equipment you need along w/knowledgeable staff to help with any questions you may have. I'm so glad I made the change yrs ago. Love my trainer Selena & all the staff there. Thanks guys for keeping me in running shape.

I have finally found a gym that I feel comfortable going to. FitHappens is a small facility that is geared towards women, but there are men working out as well. I feel safe and comfortable here. Everyone is friendly, and I don't enter or leave without someone acknowledging me.
