Apparently customers who come here are all complete idiots and have no idea what they are thinking. Regular people cannot put sim card in a tray and call customer service with the imei #. The audacity of people thinking they can do such things is crazy.

I've been sitting at this T-Mobile buy Metro store for over an hour waiting for the attendant to take care of a lady while she reminisces and laughs and jokes doesn't offer to help out anyone else and people are walking out the door I guess she really helps the people she likes

My husband and I are on a fixed income. We went to the Muskogee Metro office to purchase a phone. We paid close to $600.00 for the phone. The associate never explained to us what the phone Intel. The phone didn't come with charger, plus other things we should have been informed. It said on our receipt we had 14 says to return our phone. After driving back to Metro, 45 minutes, we were told it was a final sale. We explained about the 14 days policy. The manager said he would contact corporate and call us. Here it is, a day later, still no call. My husband called Metro, the associate said she would get in touch with the manager, then call us back. No return call still. After my husband called 3 times, still no response back, no results. If that is the way they do business, no wonder all the bad reviews I read about them. I understand people going to Verizon or AT&T.We waited for (the owner) to respond back to us as they said they would do. No response. Very frustrating they lied to their customer. I am telling everyone, do not trust Metro in Muskogee ok. When we were in Texas, the Metro in Plano TX, we're the fairest of all. We were with them around 20 years. We moved to Oklahoma, went to Muskogee ok, Metro. Boy were that a very bad move. Lie after lie. Please be careful people.We went to T-Mobile this week in Mcalester ok. Talk about Customer service. They take care of their customers. Kimberly waited on us. My husband explain the bad experience with Metro. Kimberly took control and took care of us. She went up and beyond to take care of us. My husband told her about a phone he was wanting. She brought it from the back, showing my husband. It cost us nothing. We will forever be grateful for the service Kimberly gave us. We can say, we are proud customers of T-Mobile. Never again will we have anything to do with Metro. Again, search out the service with T-Mobile before stepping your feet in Metro.

I called this store first to find out if I could come pay my home internet.They said absolutely come on in. I went in and the one lady that I originally TT on the phone was so busy with the thing in her ear talking to somebody else, that she had the other girl do it who obviously didn't know what she was doing and obviously needed the other girl's help and couldn't get it.When the girl who had been on the phone finally did come up try to help me, she got a call on the invisible thing in her ear, actually took it and walked away from me. Her little headset needs to be taken away from her. So rude. So intensely rude.After sitting in the store that was so hot I couldn't hardly sit in there, for almost 45 minutes they said " oh no for this you have to go to the t mobile store. So unprofessional and ridiculous.

Don't have half the phones on display. Won't go here again. Should of drove on after all the phones we chose and the young guy would come back and look the come in and say they don't have it.

Hey does Metro by T-Mobile stores doing the Pride socks giveaway from T-Mobile Tuesday App? Or only main T-Mobile store locations? I know metro customer can go in just wondering?Best 5g prepaid company. If you haven't tried TMobile in last year. You're missing out bad!! I hated MetroPCS. My mind is blown. 5 Stars. AT&T and Verizon can't keep up. Best phone prices. Amazing 5G home internet. I could go on all day long.

Stopped by metro store in muskogee because both our two phones has not had our internet working in the last 4 days . After calling metro for help (no help at all). So we tried the metro store and they also had no answers. So we paid for service but no internet or any answers. But they were very FRIENDLY. But apparently no help ! And no internet, they were like good luck with that bud !!!

Visited this location on Tuesday December the 15th with intentions of upgrading my phone. After picking out the phone I wanted the manager told me she had just sold the last one. She did call surrounding stores to try to locate the phone I picked out and even called her boss. She was informed that the phone would be to her store on Thursday the 17th and she would contact me when it arrived. No big deal, left my name and number and went about. I will include she did give me a free screen protector for the inconvenience.Come Thursday, I wait until about 1oclock and begin calling. I called literally 11 times before anyone answered and it was the manager I had dealt with the previous visit. She told me she was going to call her boss to check the status of the phone and she would call me back. I wait until 5:45pm and begin calling again. Around 8 tries and an hour later, NO. ANSWER. Again. This review will go no where and nothing will come from it, but I find this location to have poor unreliable customer service. I am switching carriers solely based on the experience I had with this.
