I purchased a new refrigerator and was told I would get a phone call for delivery the next day. I waited until 5pm and called to check. I was then told they don't start calling to schedule until 5 and I would receive a call shortly. At 645 I tried back and spoke to Chris. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and gave up. I called back at 720 asking for a manager. I got Chris again and he stated he was the manager in duty. I asked about my delivery. He said I was sent a text with times. (I never received a text) I advised him I was told I would get a call because that time may not be good for me. I was basically given no option. Incredibly short on the call, no customer service. But it's Lowe's, what's it matter to them.

Don't expect any help from associates. Called multiple times and every associate I saw in the vicinity stood there talking to each other for over 15 minutes.

Went in for items I needed to mount the mailbox I had purchased at this lowes previously. I left without some of the needed items as I couldn't find them. One employee passed me twice on the aisle without addressing me. As he passed the third time I greeted him and began to ask for help. He continued walking down the aisle, never lifted his head or addressed me. I left that aisle and walked several others looking for the items I needed. I never encountered another employee on any of the aisles. There were five employees either at the check out or in the atrium as you exit the store. No employee ever acknowledged/ greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Really disgusted and will choose other options for my needs in the future.

Have tried calling this location to order materials on several occasions and cannot get through to anyone, they sometimes answer and pass you from one associate to another till finally you're on hold till you hang up.... I now order materials from mccalster or Tahlequah and drive the extra distance...

Most pathetic Lowe’s around! This location has the laziest and most rude employees. Nothing is ever in stock and if it is it’s on the very top shelf……good luck getting assistance to get it down.

Bought a what I call an expensive zero turn mower. Mower has 9 hours and UNFORTUNATELY been 30 days since purchased. Mower bought less than 30 days ago. Called Musgogee and told me there is an exchange. Not true. Again UNFORTUNATELY, not complete complete info. Lowes purchase only good for 30 days for the exchange unless you purchase extended warranty through Lowes. Customer service and information not as good as it used to be. Sending it out for repair at a hardware store in Fort Gibson. They might pick up in a week or so. Ariens may pay for the repair or will have to pay for it out of pocket. Do your research before you buy anything from Lowes.
