Dave Henry at Kyle Edwards Buick GMC in Muskogee made the purchase of my 2025 GMC Denali 2500 a breeze. Dave was very informative and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I highly recommend this place for all of your car buying needs. Their service department is great as well. I take my 2 work trucks in for regular service. This is my second purchase with Dave. I was so excited about finding a dealership that’s on top of things. Everything went great until we actually decided to buy the Yukon. I was very upfront and honest about needing the car to be delivered to Tulsa, and it was always NEVER an issue. They were happy to accommodate us any way that they could. Then, after we get everything done, all of a sudden they can’t meet us in Tulsa. After fighting with them about it and threatening to walk away from the deal they said it wasn’t a problem.. only for them to say they would be in Tulsa between 3:00-4:00 and arrive two hours late. You would think if you buy a $70k car you would get a little bit better customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Brandon in sales, his customer service is subpar.

The problem was fixed and they even kept the car overnight to be sure it was going to be okay to start after sitting overnight so I would not have another incident. So helpful, professional and friendly. We could not be happier with how this was handled.

Don’t get a tire patched here! They took a hour and a half and there was only one vehicle in the shop. Also cost $25 just for a patch.

Bought a truck with a supercharger now the extended warranty does not want to cover because the dealer didn’t tell them it had a supercharger. Now I’m trying to speak to the manager and was very rude and does not want to speak to me when they are the ones that made the mistake.

Purchasing my vehicle was a seamless process. My bank, at no fault of the dealership, lost my title before it was issued to me by my state. It has been a complicated two-year saga, and the ladies in the title department have been relentless in helping me get the issue corrected, even though it wasn't their error. Superior customer service, even way after the sale was made. Give those ladies a raise!

I needed a part that they diagnosed last May, they ordered the part and it finally arrived..this January..
They installed it and they were very friendly and professional..
