Until today..have always had a pleasant experience through the years. But today I go get 2 new back tires. Upon inspecting when I got I home I notice chips in my black rims on both sides. I give them a call and they say they’ll look at it-I get there and after looking they say yeah this can be aggravating, we’ll dismount them for you free and YOU can pay the guy to paint them. Newsflash!!!! They don’t have to be dismounted to be repaired…#2 I’m not paying for ANYTHING!!!!! THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!!! It’s been nice…

They're really reasonable! They have fast service and wonderful customer service, also! The front desk attendants (Logan/Steve ?) and the tire technicians seem to really value their customers! I appreciate that!! Thank you all! ?

Logan, Ben and Steve are wonderful! They're always willing to explain what they need to do/have done to my car, and listen to any questions I have. Anytime I need my car looked at I head here, I know they'll do their best to take care of the problem!
