Paid for 70,000 mile maintenance on my car & got no new filters & they just added oil & transmission fluid. They got paid for almost ruining my car. I won’t go there ever again… I drive to Tulsa for my Toyota maintenance. The guy named Dave even gave us the wrong part needed to fix my service engine light. I bought the part & was going to let them put my charcoal canister part on to find out he told me the wrong part to buy that was 3 times the cost of the part they now say I need. Luckily the online part I had bought sent me the refund. These people will cost you money & never do the job.

If you want to buy a car, you want to go through Colton! Super easy process, everyone won. I drove over 3 hours to do business at James Hodge Toyota and will do it again!

I had a very bad experience. They charged me over $6000 extra in extended warranties , I requested that they remove them since 05/04 and it has not been removed I have been waiting for 2 months. Be very careful when buying any vehicle from them.

Absolutely terrible place to be!
Went in for a warranty windshield repair, made an appointment. 5.5 hours later finally was able to leave. The service manager said “the car business is hard” when questioned on why it took so long, that doesn’t even come close to an answer. This place is horrible. Never buy car here or have any service work done. I will 100% be reporting this.

I worked with Tiffany Hernandez and it was a great experience!! She helped get me into my new Corolla Cross. She’s easy to communicate with and really wants the best for you. Even after purchasing my car, she answers my questions and calls to check in on me. I appreciate that. Great Customer service!

Buyer Beware. Bought a 2019 Acura RDX May 2022. I shouldve had a 5yr/50k warranty 6yr/70k on power tran. My friend told me my year had a recall. I took to the local Acura and found out NO VIN found. That was becouse I was sold a Candian vehicle that they were able to Decode. IT was NEVER disclosed to me. The paperwork I was given said no gray title and country of assembly in US. Becouse my car is a Candian I get NO US WARRANTY AND NO SAFETY RECALLS. The manager Derek said some saleman knew they were selling Candian and some didnt. I was told I would be given a warranty to cover everything and know get no calls backs nor have I seen any paperwork to cover my vehicle.
I have audio records of Derek telling me he didnt have to Disclose he was selling a Candian. Yet lied when I filed complaint with Okla Dealer Commission. I would NOT recommend this place.

We bought our 2019 Rave 4 three years. Had traded a 2017 Rave 4 in. My first visit to them on 5000 miles I had a problem with the check in person. He informed me that this was my last visit. I told him no this is only 1 st visit. I was never ugly with him. Since that day my husband and I have been mistreated and that includes the sales and down. They have put blocks up that I can’t use carphones. That’s right. Three years now. I have even found a block so we can’t get any updates. This is NOT how you treat a customer. We never get a letter stating there is a recall. I do not understand this place. Told my husband we need to get a lawyer. So no I WOULD Not recommend this car place . Do Not Buy.

I had a very bad experience. They are liars and are waiting to cheat you. They charged me $4000 extra in administrative fees, and their accountant named Garcia refused to remove that charge. When I threatened to report them to the consumer forum and Toyota Motors, they eventually removed that charge. Be very careful buying any vehicle from them.

Be careful when buying cars here at James Hodge Toyota sells cars in poor condition and when you ask for a warranty they do not respond, my car was delivered to me with many aesthetic details and they do not solve it and I called Toyota many times and they tell me that the problem is not with them. But with the dealer, check your cars well and read carefully what you sign to complete. The manager Brian treats you as if you were asking for a gift pending with this person and the salesman Italo are not to be trusted.

There’s a good reason this dealership has more 5-star reviews than most others. If you’re shopping for a car in Tulsa or OKC, consider getting out of the city and enjoying a much more laid back approach with some really nice folks.
I drove from OKC to buy the truck pictured here. Tiffany Hernandez worked 90% of the deal over the phone (via text, even!) in very quick time. Once at the dealership, I was in and out in well under two-hours including test drive, financing, app connection, and vehicle onboarding.

I went with my best friend for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Almost 3 hours later told them to skip the rotation. We watched atleast 15 people come and go that were there after us. When I brought it to their attention I was told " We're doing the best we can. We sent 1 guy to work on deisel" Seriously, like 1 guy makes that much difference. The problem was while we were watching was the people standing around talking to each other instead of working. When I asked to speak to owner I was told Cynthia would call me. I still haven't been called. So I would say this service absolutely sucked. Would not recommend to anyone!!!.

We went last week and we work with Ms. Tiffany Hernandez. I could not say enough good things about her. She is absolutely amazing and is will to go above and beyond to help you find the car that best fits you and your family and not pressure you into buying something you don’t want. I walked in looking for a used car and walked out with a brand new car in the monthly payment range I wanted. Go look at James Hodge Toyota and make sure you work with Ms. Tiffany!!!! Also they have free oil changes for life which is awesome.
