I have been a customer for pretty close to 15 years. I know just about everyone in there and they are really nice and exceptionally helpful. Today I noticed a new finance manager and wanted to say hi(as-once again-im familiar with everyone from service to sales). So I knocked on the door and said hi! so who are you? with a smile. He just looked up ruffled his shoulders as if how dare I bother him and said(whatever his name is-)...and that was it. No-hi, No how are you, what can I do for you, I mean nothing. Just stared at me. Not even-are you lost? Then went back to his way more important than to talk to a present and future customer work. What a jerk. This guy is in the wrong business. So I just turned around and walked away. My first thought wasn't about what a total jerk and unprofessional customer attitude he had, it was wow. I'm considering going somewhere else to buy a car next time. The first time in almost 15 years. At least fake your attitude and pretend your happy to see a potential customer....I really hope someone in upper management reads this. If I was a first time customer-my mind would have made up. I would have turned around and never came back. I do know I won't be back to buy a car while he still works there...

Came in this evening with a trade that other dealerships didn't want to take and they worked their magic! Seth was amazing and made the whole process stress free. He sat and talked with us the entire time we were waiting and it definitely seemed like we were just hanging out with one of our friends. Austin was truly appreciative of the business and genuinely wanted us to leave happy. We love our Palisade and will most definitely be back and ask for both of these guys specifically. Thank you!!!

Aiden and Chip in the service department were awesome. Very professional, and explained everything to me, and how long it would take to repair my car. They were spot on and gave me updates every few days. They went above and beyond to help me.

Jerry Stephens is by far one of my favorite salesman I have dealt with over the years. Very personable and low key, and didn't put on the hard sell. From test drives to driving off the lot with our purchase was under three hours, on a busy Saturday. The dealership as a whole made the car buying experience pleasant.
