Do not take your car here for service. They have had my car for over 2 months. They originally charge me almost $1500 and it is still in the shop for the same problem. These people are liars and thieves.

Laurel is an awesome sells agent and follows up with great care, highly recommend her AND Shawn “Shaggy” was also great to deal with, a great finance mngr. who also goes above and behind!! We are new to Muskogee and decided to traded in our F-350 and upgrade to a newer F-350! Best customer service from the sales reps to Finance and meeting the owner Jack Hodge himself! My husband and I both highly recommend doing your car buying here, they went above and beyond and took great care of all our concerns. We will do future business with them for sure! It was a breath of fresh air to receive such great customer care especially how things have gotten these days.

Positive experience purchasing our Bronco with "THE" Jennifer T being our sales girl. :) Grateful I had a trusted friend to help me with this process. Even on her days off, she answered all my questions. Thankful to Kenley and Sean as well for their assistance. Glad to be a part of the JH fam.

My wife and I traded in our truck for another one in March. We bought our trade in back due to the new truck being too big for her to drive. I Applied for a loan through my bank at the beginning of May and was told that my credit score was not good enough to qualify for the loan. I was told that the reason why it dropped so much is because I had two payment that was 30 days behind on a truck that I no longer own through a previous lender (my trade in that I bought back). Come to find out James Hodge Ford didn’t pay off my loan in time and there was a balance due of $31.xx. I traded it in March and found this out in May. Now my credit score has dropped significantly over the last two months due to their negligence. I’ve talked to the dealer manager. Hoping to get a call back to maybe see a way to resolve this issue but have been blown off. Will more than likely never use this dealer again for future purchases.
