Horton Home Solutions replaced our shower and back door. They were very professional and great with communication. They updated me every step of the way. They worked fast and were very honest from the beginning! I would highly recommend them!

I had trouble finding a contractor until I called them. Everyone I called said they would come out and never did. They showed up and boy did they deliver. They had my project finished in an afternoon. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had Horton Home Solutions help me finish out a new barndo house and I could not be more pleased with them. They are super reliable, expert craftsmanship, and their communication throughout the process is excellent! You can trust their word and are very knowledgeable and skilled at many different facets within the home building process. They keep a tidy and clean work environment and even cleaned up after themselves each day. I had no worries once they left, just was able to enjoy the beautiful work they did! I am having them come back and finish even more projects!

Horton took one HUGE bathroom and turned it into 2 bathrooms for us. They were great. They stayed in direct communication, showed up when they said they would and I consider them friends at this point. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️PS - I will post photos of the other bathroom when it doesn’t have dirty clothes laying in the floor!

I was excited when I found this company. We just bought an old farmhouse that we wanted to gut and make new. We planned to use Horton Home Solutions for the entire project but started with the kitchen and flooring. We were promised licensed professionals every step of the way. They sound great when they are selling themselves. I now wish I never used them at all.If you decide to hire them double check every measurement. I mean EVERY measurement. Hire your own electrician as they are not licensed electricians. Hire your own plumber as their plumber gets booked up and never comes so they do it themselves without a license. Have every detail in the contract and get it itemized.Here is just a bit about my experience with them and photos. When a problem arose Krista became instantly defensive rather than to work as a team to come up with a solution. All of the measurements were wrong. My island is not wide enough to properly hold my dishwasher. We were given a link to a piece of trim on Amazon and told we should have know to buy it. I’ve never needed that trim before Especially for custom cabinets. I was wrong to expect it to be installed balanced!I did not want my refrigerator boxed in but they ordered it anyway. My white cabinets were measured wrong 3 times leaving me paying for beautiful custom single door half shelf lowers and getting stock double door full shelf cabinets. My top cabinets were wrong 3 times and my hood scoop was originally installed 2 inches off center to the left and tilted 3/4”. In the end we needed to cut into the sides of the scoop to fit the cabinets. You can see in the photo the care they took drilling a hole for my water line in brand new cabinets. My bifold closet doors were more than they could handle. At my suggestion they cut a notch in the flooring leaving the hardware in place. That door is fine. Instead of fitting the flooring to the doorways they cut up all of the door jams. The second set of exactly the same doors was placed on top of the flooring. The jam was cut but raising the hardware above the floor caused the door to be too high to function. When my fiancé mentioned it Krista lied and said I was told if they did floor in the closet my doors wouldn’t work ??♀️ They turned my home into a work zone sawing flooring on top of my brand new floors. They had electrical work included in the estimate with a list of what they would do but I had to pay my own electrician to do the work. We paid half down at signing and the contract says vendors need to be paid at completion of each job but before the floor, trim, granite or cabinetry was completed Krista insisted on getting paid a check of more that half of the entire job leaving most of the work to be done and only a few dollars left on the balance. Krista and I planned a backsplash but by the time we got there I just wanted her out of my house. You can see how she left my wall. This job was very expensive. This is just a snapshot of the many problems that occurred. I should have fired them early on, shame on me, but I wanted the job done and their contract protects them financially if you cancel. Hopefully if you decide to hire them you have better luck than we did.

An emergency situation occurred in my kitchen. Water leak under floor. Looked around for a general contractor and found Horton. Thomas & Krista came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and immediately helped mitigate the situation. Their family is a team of professionals who know their business & love helping others! I'm extremely pleased with their work!

I really needed estimates for my home..and was hopeful that Horton construction could complete the work i was needing done. After almost a month of back and fourth i had to let them know that i did not feel comfortable using their services knowing that its been super hard communicating with them. If we start out buisness this way then im sure that communicating duringThe project would be even worse. The people were nice and seemed like a very professional business but i dont understand why amyone would waste our time and his and why he wouldn't want to make money? Any way poor professionalism and never gotmy completed estimates. So now im starting from scratch. I believe in honoring your cutomer and doing what you say youre going to do.Services: Remodeling

I tried for months to get a call back from this company. Every time I would call I would get a text promising a call back that never came. When I finally did get ahold of someone and got him out to my house he promised a quote within a few days. After several days of waiting and no quote I texted him and he said he had sent it that day (he hadn’t). He promised to look into it and get it sent out. I never heard from him again. Very rude and unprofessional company that wasted my time. Wouldn’t call them again. If they didn’t want to work with me I wish they would just tell me instead of stringing me along waiting for a quote that never came. It took me months to find someone else.Service: Home renovations
