Thursday August 2025..afternoon..self check...no one does anything but stand over by bank counter..doesn't get cheep bags open for next customer or anything..watches customers fight with getting bags open ect..and just stands there..what is their job??..what are they getting paid to do??..cashier from the early 1980s...no wonder a business loses money

This store is 1st rate. It is so beautifully set up, so inviting, and employees are so nice and helpful. My first time shopping there yesterday, but I will definitely go back.

If you are using SNAP/EBT or WIC, be warned that they are very chill about messing up your vouchers and shrugging it off even though your family might be dependent on them.
They also do not honor all sales listed in their weekly ad. On more than one occasion, prices have been adjusted outside of what is shown on the paper after in store or on the mobile app.
In the last three weeks, I've experienced issues twice and observed a third issue someone else was having. I won't be returning. This location might be larger with a slightly more expansive inventory, but at least the location down the street doesn't have these ongoing problems.

Why would I bother reaching out? The manager at this location has made it clear that they train their cashiers to immediately destroy vouchers/tickets and can't replace them when they do so. Reaching out will just be a further disappointment and waste of time.

Fantastic alternative to Walmart. Nice and calm shopping experience here. Good food options. This store is a breath of fresh air!

Rude older woman at the self checkout for no reason. One woman told me I had to get into a regular line because I had too many items. I had 18, the max is 25. She proceeded to get mouthy with me after I counted the items to prove I had less items. Then she recruited another employee to come join in on her fun of bothering me just trying to to check out. There was literally no one in any of the 4 self checkout lines. Obviously management is not paying attention to how many employees are walking around with absolutely nothing better to do than harass people. I'd hate to be the one in charge of managing their labor. Store used to be great. Employees can run anything into the ground though.

App does not work to redeem coupons, and the cashier was unfriendly and unhelpful. Prices are good on some items and very expensive with others, like their brand ice cream.

Advertise meal deal, but doesn’t have the deal available & no manager available after 5, I was there at 5:20pm. They get you in the store with the Monday meal deal, hoping you’re already at the store, you may purchase other items.

Need cashiers instead of just checkout makes the workers lazy All I see is workers standing around not doing anything get some works that wants to work the people you have working is getting paid by standing around not doing anything

Thanksgiving Turkey order- burned to a dried out crisp- frozen ham reluctantly substituted after return trip to store. Only side dishes and dessert for this Thanksgiving. Outrageous- no offer of refund - just a ham, that needed another day to defrost.
