Very detailed and thorough staff. The car was nice. The people were nice. The hours could be better. Closing at noon on Saturday ended up with about 5 people in the lobby at 11:50am. Demand probably warrants staying open all day on Saturday, and opening on Sunday til noon. The one complaint that I have is that it took over an hour for me to pickup/return the vehicle. I appreciate the thoroughness of them looking over the car on pickup/return, but if they are going to do all of that, they need enough employees, onsite, to ensure people are not waiting more than 10 mins each to do their business. One suggestion would be to go easy on the air freshener. They doused the car in coconut smell and it made the interior look dirty, as there were streaks everywhere once it dried.Otherwise, it was a great, 5-star experience. Thanks!

We received excellent service, and even got a last minute replacement car because we requested something with better gas mileage. The employees made us feel respected, and they were wonderful.

We rented a van for an 11-day trip, making the reservation about 3 weeks in advance. Due to the high demand for vans during vacation season, they had difficulty finding one, but they managed to secure a Chrysler Pacifica for us. The van was spotlessly clean, and our entire experience was trouble-free. When we picked up the van, Brian and Juan were very friendly and helpful. On the day of return, we were running late, but they kindly waited for us for an extra 15 minutes. The return process was smooth, and both Brian and Juan were exceptionally pleasant. We are definitely looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

These kinds of places are generally not very personable, they get you in and out and on your way. But I requested to be picked up and the young man that picked me up was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quite easy to talk to. Once we arrived I found out that he wasn't alone, everyone in the office was very nice and genuinely friendly. I'll use this location again and highly recommend it.

Ha! Wouldn’t have given a star, but to leave a review, it’s necessary. Had my insurance not set it up, I would have left after they wouldn’t take my debit card, because it doesn’t have a chip. Keep calling it a reloadable card, but it’s not. ??♀️ then my mother comes to save me, and she tells me they can’t take my mother’s card because it’s not in my name. Something about fraud prevention, but my mother was right there with her ID and her card, so….I'm not sure you can prevent fraud more than having the person there with their ID. Oh, forgot to mention when I was on the phone asking about my reservation, and explaining that my major credit card was on hold because of a suspicious charge, that she told me to ‘just go get a utility bill’. Ma’am, you don’t know my life. I don’t live across the street. Can’t ‘just go get a bill’. Enterprises policy is not cool and Kristy was not cool.

If I could give them - 1000 stars, I would. When my husband arrived to pick up the car, he was told that they ONLY accepted credit cards. NO debit cards or cash... So now all our plans are ruined and we HAVE FLIGHTS TICKETS FOR TOMORROW!"Thank you Enterprise!"

The enterprise located in Muskogee Oklahoma(and possibly the company) do not deserve even one star...unfortunately, I had to give a star to post a review.I has gone through 3 rental cars while I awaited my personal vehicle to be fixed via insurance claim. The first one smelled so horrible as if it was damp wet soaks soaked in an ash tray. The second one they changed me out into had an issue with the windshield on the driver's side. They switched me out into a 3rd vehicle which was due for an oil change, had chips in the windshield, wiper blades were falling apart (i assume due to thr chips shredding the rubber), and it wash somewhat vacuumed. The customer rep working at the location I was dealing with threatened me with accusations of the vehicle being smoked in when I do not smoke. Just happened to be that particular dayI had my window down and it was windy and at a stop light on my way to switch out the vehicle, as they instructed, a vehicle beside me had their widow rolled down smoking when a gust blew in smoke and ash into the rental I was in. I finally was able to use my son's vehicle instead of the rental I had because of all IThe issues with enterprise and the vehicles they were putting me in. I filled up the 3rd rental car that I had for a month and a half and only drove it just under 760 miles. Took it to the enterprise place I picked it up from and dropped it off. The same representative who threatened and accused me with the 2nd rental showed me the tablet to where my deposit was displayed and stated the insurance company extended my rental out to 2 more days and once the 2 days were up, he would put in a release/cancelation to the insurance company and my full deposit would be refunded. It did not happen...in fact I had to call and remind the guy. He back dated it to Nov. 18th while I was on the phone. I received no receipt of my deposit or any notations of my car I rented had no full tank, issues, damage...etc. I received my deposit but IT WAS NOT THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT....WHERE IS THE OTHER 14.97 OF MY 50.00 DEPOSIT??? I have reported this experience and the fraudulent actions with the insurance company. I will never used enterprise again and I will never refer anyone to enterprise.

Enterprise Rental in Muskogee, OK will not answer their phone calls. They leave you on hold for HOURS, even disconnect the calls when you have been on hold for half and hour, this happened to me 5 or 6 times. Then, they never called me back. I would not recommend their agency to anyone!!

2nd time I’ve reserved a car and been told I can’t rent cause I’m not a local and at have my address verified. Horrible customer service. I’ve used them for 5 years and lived at my address for 12. Never booking again. They keep blaming a computer system.
