Took my vehicle in for service, only because I was pressed for time. Went to change the oil myself, and couldn't get the drain plug off. It was torqued onto the oil pan so much, that the head of the plug was rounded over. Took it in, to get it loosened, and the bald associate in glasses, was very rude, and the first words out of his mouth were, "So what do you want me to do about it?" Then after "loosening" the drain plug, argued with me and told me that I rounded off the head of the drain plug. Absolutely terrible sevice and very disrespectful.
