Key manager on duty tonight is super rude to customers. There was a line of customers about 10 people, and instead of helping check out, she closed her drawer. Then someone needed to do a return and she took her sweet time coming from the office to come up and help them. After they were done and left she came back up and told the guy upfront not to let them back into the store and proceeded to say “if they wanna play, I can play too”Very poor management, something you should never say in front of customers. Her actions are poor and she should not be allowed to work without an actual manager there to supervise her.

Then make sure everything is stopped and everything goes in it spot where it needs to go they also help you with an item you may need help with they make sure everything sanitized put and it's proper place and they make sure nothing is cluttered and the workers are really friendly and nice and they respect your personal space and they make sure and ask you how you're doing

Staff is always courteous and helpful. This Dollar General is in a convenient area for shopping. Especially, if you don't want to go to the Walmart.

The “manager” here is rude, unprofessional, and argumentative and wanted me to leave my purse unattended since she was too busy running around the store. Will not be back as long as she wants to talk down to people.

I ,on purpose, bought over 30.00 on Gain products to get the $5 off with my clipped coupon. I told the checker n she said it was to late to put in my number. I know they can go back and let me. I am counting pennies because of covid. ☹

It is so unprofessional to leave the checkout area to go smoking and not enlist the help of other workers to monitor that area. We waited for quite a time to get service while the cashier was outside smoking. Then right after checking us out, she was making a beeline to go back to smoke again when another customer came up to be checked out and had the nerve to say “I almost made it.” This was the store at 17th and Okmulgee in Muskogee. Management needs to get involved and know what is going on at their store!

The store on York St needs Help!! Desperately!! So bad, I would Volunteer to put products on the shelf instead of on flats stacked so high & close together, some isles a cart could get through. Probably ok because, nothing on the shelves!!Very busy store.....Needs Help!!!

Gollar General usually alwaysvhas what you need. Only thing i don't like is you can usually get it at the dollar tree for a dollar.
