“?AMAZING YOUNG MAN?
I want to send a special "THANK YOU" to Eric who is a young employee of Big Lots in Muskogee. It is very rare to encounter a young man who is a gentleman & model employee. I went shopping at Big Lots last week, I needed a case of water & a few other items. As I reached to grab a case of water Eric ran over to assist me & placed the water into my basket. After purchasing my items, Eric said, "you can pull your car to the front door & I'll bring your items to your car." I was literally stunned by him going beyond his job title to help me. I told him that God is going to bless him and I know God will do it just for me. Big Lots, I'm asking you to give Eric a raise. To whomever had the honor of raising Eric, THANK YOU!!!! #YoungGentleman #HonorableEmployee”
“This store is like a walmart, hopefully all of the glitches with the new system get fixed soon because that will bethe last step needed to make this store just dreamy!”
“Easy to find what you need, quick checkout, clean store. I don't frequent this location because it is furthest from my house but I'm not disappointed when I do go.”
“Despite being a smaller store, they have almost everything you need. Well stocked, friendly staff and clean restrooms. Lose a star because there isn't enough cashiers on hand at any given time so there is always a long line and now they aren't giving cash back.”
“There was a super nice young man as the cashier and he was having a rough day.... Computer issues or something, but it happens so no worries on our end. Please let that gentlemen know he was absolutely wonderful and kind! We need more like that! We were in there at about 11am 02/09/24 picking up some dog food, sunglasses and a couple packs of smokes. The manager seemed a bit harsh on the young man, but not rude or anything. We all have rough days and we really really appreciated him! Have a wonderful day young man and everyone else! ??❤️??If we're in the area again, we'll drop in and check on ya young man! Smile - it's Friday!”
“Always nice and courteous when you are able to find someone that wants to help you. My most recent trip was good but previously I have been in there and the manager seemed put out to tell me where the item I needed was located. Then he just said over there by the toothbrushes, instead of actually showing me when I had said that I had already looked there and didn't see any. I was able to eventually find them though.”
“The cashier's act like people not robots. They actually smile and talk to me when I am there . Four stars cause they were out of dingdongs but I know there will be more next time I stop in”
“I ordered something online for pickup since they charge for shipping. The gentleman in charge was extremely busy when I came in but you could tell he tried his best to get to me to help. He is a keeper not too many like him nowadays.”
“Then make sure everything is stopped and everything goes in it spot where it needs to go they also help you with an item you may need help with they make sure everything sanitized put and it's proper place and they make sure nothing is cluttered and the workers are really friendly and nice and they respect your personal space and they make sure and ask you how you're doing”

“This is a neat little store that I plan to use more often. They had so much and the prices were amazing. If I am looking for garden pots or a water hose this is where I am coming first.”
