I witnessed, as a medical perfessional, a family struggling with a loss, deal with the frustration of trying to get ahold of anyone from Cornerstone, for almost an hour, to pick up their loved one. Only for whatever employee to finally call back, be extremely rude, and state "if your unhappy call another funeral home," when arrangements had already been previously arranged, and paid for.
It was disgusting to witness no compassion, or care, the inability to do their part, their job at that, and pick up the phone or call back in a timely manner, let alone be so rude and unkind.

Dennis and Michael far exceeded expectations in every department. The attention to detail and level of care was outstanding. the personal touch and caring for me and my family was beyond words. Honestly felt like Dennis was put there in the right place and time. He made the hardest time of my life better. I can not praise them enough.

My family had the unhappy experience of choosing a funeral home for our loved one. My nephew referred us to Cornerstone. My family met with one of the directors and instantly felt at ease. He helped us make the plans as though he were planning for a member of his family. There were some unexpected things that happened, but with the director’s help we rose above those obstacles. This establishment goes above and beyond their obligations, and my family will forever be grateful for their service.

I highly recommend Cornerstone to everybody. Their employee, Marshall, has been the biggest help through the hardest time of my life, he still manages to put a smile on your face and has taken care of every single aspect of this process for us and has put us all at ease. He is very responsive, he contacts you during the process of things to reassure you what’s happening and when. He is gold. I appreciate him and Shane so incredibly much. They are all wonderful people!!!

My papa had been ill and when I saw him I burst into tears because he looked just as though he had never been sick. Stacy was the man who help us and he is an around good guy. I mean he delivered the flowers to our house and was talking to my little brother about whatever he was going 90 to nothing about. The process was made so much smoother by the folks down at Cornerstone. I would recommend them 110%.

I had some flowers delivered to the funeral home today. When I called to check on them the gentleman on the phone went out of his way to look through pictures of the funeral to make sure they were delivered on time and even emailed me a picture. I was so thankful.
