I’m so tired of this Casey’s. I have started driving an extra half mile to a different one. Everyone has terrible attitudes and the pizza is awful. Almost inedible now. When it first opened it was the best, now it’s just like every other place in this town, driven into the ground by people that don’t take any pride in their job. I think I will just start taking my business to QT.

Filthy bathroom! The store is pretty clean but you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile by how filthy it was and how full the trash is… bathrooms should be checked every couple of of hours… at least! And someone left a stink pickle 🤢🤮 in the toilet to share which was disgusting… and the floors needed a quick mopping nasty nasty nasty!
CLEAN the bathroom people! Take pride in your store! I wouldn’t even have given one star if I had an option! This was on a Saturday morning around 11 am

Night shift worker was very rude, stared me down across the whole gas station, tried to make small talk and be nice but she wasn’t having it. Just a unpleasant experience

I called to ask them the price of one ON! Nicotine pack. She gave the phone to the manager, "sir we don't give the price of tobacco products over the phone." Okay, why not?! It's food grade filler with nicotine. It's not even technically tobacco. Great job with customer service. I then proceed to walk 3 blocks to the store to find out said price. I have $1.40 in caseys cash and I ask her to apply it to the purchase. She, obviously a recovering methamphetamine addict, was TERRIBLY bitchy, lied to me, told me "I cant look to see if you have caseys cash." I turned my phone around and showed her my G-damn Caseys cash. She then said, "You can't use caseys cash on tobacco products." Funny. I did 2 weeks ago. You can keep your Caseys cash and your shit employee with their terrible manager. I won't be back. Get bent

Beer was frozen solid very little beer that wasn't froze outta a 12 pk def not going there no more re to buy things makes me wonder about there pizza and stuff rether or not it's frozen and reheated next day definitely not going to eat there if there freezers messed up

My husband got home a bit early this evening. He asked me what I was thinking of for dinner. And with me usually not much is my answer. He said he was thinking of it for lunch, why not Casey's, since we had not had it in a while. I said that sounded good. So we made the order for a brisket macaroni, potato bites with garlic parmesan sauce, a brisket sandwich with pickles on a Hawaiian Bun, and a couple bag of popcorners. I went in at the appointed time, and they were finishing up the order. It was great to see the family feel in the kitchen. It was some of the best comic relief I have had in a while(I have not laughed that much in a long time). Thanks for putting a smile on my face while I waited for my order. I think my husband and I will definitely be back(the remodel looks great as well).

Stopped here and I can say its improved significantly after the construction process. I like the expanded store and well (at the time I went) the Pizza area coming soon. I am excited to see what this store becomes next time the Pizza side opens up.

You have to go in store to order Pizza here. If you call to place an order they answer and hang up or they leave the phone off the hook so the call won't go through.

As usual empty food coolers, and some employee yelling about how dirty the soda counter is as she's cleaning trash off of it then griping at the two overloaded cashiers (5+customers in line) to clean the store.
