When are you guys going to realize that your water faucet at your air pump has been dumping water all over the parking lot for at least a month now? I mean seriously!? The ditch by the road is flooded, and it hasn't rained in like 2 or 3 weeks..lol I can't imagine what that water bill is going to be!

July 28/24 8:00PM. Bathroom was filthy. Store Floors filthy. Stock low. No signs on the gas pumps saying that every transaction had to be done inside but when our pump showed an error we went inside and were told. Desk clerk so stoned he could only mumble sleepily. A homeless man was bathing in the air and water kiosk. We love Casey's and have been to 76 E Peak Blvd, Muskogee many times in the past. We were shocked at how it has deteriorated. From looking at other reviews in recent months, this is not a new problem. First time we've seen only 3 vehicles there. Used to be a busy place.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, like embarrassingly nasty... hardly anything stocked. Definitely not enough employees for the foot traffic. Worst Casey's experience ever.... Definitely one to avoid in the future.

Amazing place to air up a tire and balance. I prepaid on pump three today and it wouldn’t work so I switched to pump 8 which had an error code. I left without gas. Also noticed they were out of premium.

I cannot stand this store, why does it take sooooooo long to complete one transaction, the employees are slow with zero focus or any sense of urgency. This is with all casey stores. Im expecting a auto reply saying you're not firing on all cylinders ?. It is obvious you are not concerned about continuous improvement. Also, why when I have too much to carry, the person behind the register waits for the long transaction process to finish, then asks if I need a sack, because they are hoping they don't have to do that ?. So frustrating, the team members are not trained to be efficient.

Fountain out of 32 oz cups and coke. Nicole had a cow because she had to restock them when the store was busy. I was in line and had to get out to get a cup/drink and then waited for several more people then she gave the guy behind me a free drink and charged me, pathetic. The women's bathroom smelled horrible. Elderly lady in the kitchen hollered to Nicole how she hated making pizzas with a store full of customers and it was the most unwelcoming, unpleasant Casey's I have ever been in. I even offered to put the cups in the dispenser. Nicole never said a word just acted ticked off with every transaction. Kurstin came and covered the counter for a moment and was pleasant.

This Casey's is significantly improving. Last time it felt kinda creepy, now it's what it seems like it should. Also gotta love morning donuts ?

Called in order waited 30 minutes to go get it. We got there and hadn't even started our orders then didn't have what we wanted. Won't be back to this store. Bad management and service

Staff was nice and the store was clean but I did smell a ready strong chemical smell and I feel that management needs to change cleaners and or find the smell and fix it before more people just don't go

Walking into this store is akin to bathing in a bucket of urine. Nope. Nothing here is worth the risk.Addition...It's now been 10 miles since that store and I still smell the rotten stench of urine.This place is a health hazard!

I was absolutely embarrassed and disgusted with your employs behavior today. I had purchased a propane tank a while back and it was defective so I brought it back along with a tank that needed to be refilled. when I approached the counter I told the clerk on duty the situation and she said were not gonna swap your defective tank, I said well i bought it here so i haven't a choice. she was very rude and said i needed to call blue rhino that there not responsible, so i said ok and paid for a exchange for a full tank. ( there were 2 customers behind me) she said go ahead and wait outside and she would be right out. I went outside and waited for 5-10 minutes.... noting.... it should only take 1 minute for the 2 customers but it turns out she was in there visiting and talking to her friend while still letting other customers go through the line while i wait out here all day? she responded very rude and said im not a priority that she has to take care of them first, I laughed at this as if she was joking, then her friend in the store stepped in and started verbally attacking me in front of one of my preacher friends and was cursing and causing a scene, never did the clerk ask her to leave or do anything but agg it on. ultimately i asked for a refund and left and went to the store on Hancock in Muskogee and they took care of me. Let me tell you i am a very well known person in the town and was highly embarrassed by your clerks and her friends disgusting behavior. I will expect a call from your executive team immediately while i consider my options with my legal team.
