I would not ever buy a building from them again. The company that financed me through them constantly harassed me even my payments were paid up. They defaulted me and what I heard, they wanted you to fix it up and default the payments to get the materials including the house to a higher price or sell the materials extra. My small house had electrical, new flooring and other new accessories. They will charge you to take the materials out or NOT.
