Car-Mart is dishonest and will allow your stuff to be destroyed or will destroy your stuff personally. They will even break into the vehicle that they repossessed, knowing that they are not allowed to touch your belongings or alter them in any kind of way. Them doing so goes against state and federal laws when it comes to rental agreements.

Car mart tried to keep my aunt's wallet and tried to tell my aunt that the rats are my baby cousins car seat but when the car seat got back here I looked at it and it was a straight cut like no bro WORST CAR LOT EVER!!!!

They r so disrespectful and not understanding ever I broke my arm and I had colon cancer and they were so not respectful for anyone and they call people thinking they know who they r talking too and when an attorney calls they don’t believe them either and won’t give calls back to them not a place to go too EVER again!!!!!

The manager that helped me was pretty awesome i enjoyed it. All the others seemed nice but the manager was good at her job. Didn't deal with any others except Pam for a few mins. Seemed to know what they were doing.
