Stay away from bravado wireless!!! You will be completely unsatisfied. The service is terrible. It goes down every 2 weeks. When you try to call, they dont answer the phone. When I did get thru to someone I got, "what do you want me to do about it". I own a small business and need to rely on the the service working. The service has been down for 20.5 hrs. And no one to call about it. What am I paying for? They don't have a corporate HQ. I don't believe they are a ligit co. The people lie to you when you stop in to talk to them. They give 100 excuses but no solutions. Not worth the headache and I will be canceling my service with them.

The internet doesn't work whatsoever but, if you like paying 90$ a month to look at the pretty red lights on the router, then this is the service for you! Edit: A couple months later and it’s still terrible! NEVER GET THIS INTERNET. IT WILL FAIL AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME AND IT IS NOT RELIABLE IN THE SLIGHTEST :3

Horrible internet. It worked for the first like 2 years we had it and up until like a month ago it stopped working. We tried to call but they just played it off and told us they would call us back. Nobody called us back. ?

I have been a customer for the last 3 years using them for home wifi. The service has been just ok. But in the last 2 weeks we have no service. My husband and I have both called and been basically told that we are no longer in a service area. Find a new provider. I don't recommend using them unless you are willing to be dropped with no notice.

We were told they were going to go to 5G and it would not be able to get it in out area,we went with another provider and cancelled our service with Bravado we have a credit of over $40 we have been trying to get for 2 months and keep getting excuses that they forgot it and payments only go out on a certain day of the month if we were 2 months late we would have our service shut off so if thinking of getting service here think again.

If I could give negative stars, I would!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!I’ve been with Bravado for going on 4 years now. At the time there weren’t many options for my area. I had to pay a $500 deposit for the wifi hotspot that NEVER WORKED properly! Constantly being booted off wifi, buffering like crazy, so I bought their booster. Also, never worked. Fine, we didn’t move to the lake for wifi, so I just dealt with it. About a year later, needed new phone, decided to go with their bundle package (cellular and wifi) and this is where it starting getting dicey! I have NOT had service on my phone MORE than I have had service! They have charged me twice in one month. They have shut off my phone twice, after payment, because I supposedly owed them taxes on my device, which I paid upfront upon purchasing the phone. NOTES are a complete conspiracy, they have never been able to procure notes in the system. Convenient. They shut off my phone 3 months ago, and I was never notified for the reason. No email, no text, no phone call. I continue to pay my bill every month, still no service, can only use my phone with wifi. I call to pay last month, ask why I cannot use my phone and they reply, “oh, you need to come in and have us download an Esim to your device.” What! Why was I never notified ? So I was unable to use my phone for 3 months due to the fact that my phone now needed an “Esim” and I was never told anything about it? I bring my phone in, they keep it for over two hours just to then tell me that they cannot download the Esim without me paying a balance of nearly $500!!! On a device that I only owe $350 for?? How? And have not even had service. I was never able to speak to a boss, no one is held accountable for anything because there are no supervisors in the building. Had to speak to a supervisor through an associate on the phone! What a joke. No number for corporate, only an email. I regret ever doing business with this company and please learn from others mistakes and go with someone else!!! Read the reviews!!! Total scam!!

Cody is amazing. Only complaint is the store hours, online says 7pm, over the phone says 8pm and front door says 6pm. I made 3 trips to finally get someone.

I am Ann Goff. This sight will not let ME write a review. Hailey from the Muskogee store is rude and unprofessional. She will not listen to customers and absolutely thinks she knows everything. She was not even previously involved in my transaction, but threw me out of the store, threatened to call the police, and locked the door behind us. We were trying to set up a lifeline account for my 80 year old mother. She said we were confused, and the employee we were dealing with didn't know what he was doing!!! Hailey is HORRIBLE! If she is there you should just walk out and go back later, she won't help you!!!

After staying with Bravado for almost 5 years, we've decided to change providers. Customer service from the Muskogee location is terrible.The service quits working after storms, sometimes heavy rains and it takes them days sometimes over a week to correct the issue with horrible customer service and no expected service return during outage times.Service is very slow and not many mb, always buffering and blurry. We managed with the buffering and blurriness and even outages but bad customer service and rude employees I will not tolerate.
