I was told by a boost C.S.R. to go to the store in muskogee. So i drive 15 miles to find a store closed.. It was 10:15 am on a Wednesday.

Friendly Staff.. BUT I can't make a payment online or over phone, I have to drive over 30 miles to make a payment. Becoming not a happy customer anymore especially when I've been an excellent customer for over 10 years.

I've been a boost customer since the bought virgin mobile. Before that I was a virgin mobile customer for years. I've fallen on hard times and found that boost had an ACP program. I was told to go to my nearest store and apply and they will set it up. The nearest store is 25 minutes away from me. They successfully enrolled me and I fit the criteria needed to receive the acp. They weren't able to finish it because their logins didn't work. They told me the next nearest store and when I looked it up it was1 and a half hours away from me. I can't go that far. Called the boost mobile care line and they can't help me either. I don't want to have to switch providers but it's looking like I will have to because I'm not going to be able to pay my phone plan. It's either feed my dog or buy my phone plan. I am gonna feed my dog.

This would be at least 4 stars if it wasn't for an employee that has been nothing but problems for my family and friends. The complaints range from being way over quoted on phones compared to prices given by other employees at the same store. To simply wanting to pay a bill and being told he couldn't accept because the computers were locked and he didn't have a password.... I'm sure a few people are nodding their heads at this review. Knowing what I'm talking about. If you think about coming by the store on 32nd. Ask for Eder. They are amazing and can restore your faith in this store. Seriously. If you deal with the bad employee I'm talking about. Don't fret. Talk to Eder.

Nice clean store with a knowledgeable salesperson. They dont use the A/C though cuz it was pretty warm in there.

I have been here 3 times yrying to get another wireless box and let them know mine was stolen so they could turn it off, but at no fault of of management or employees I've yet to even get one because the stores internet has never been working every time ive been there. Somethong really needs to be done about this Boost. Ive had service with this company forever and everything else has been exceptional please fix the glitch.
