“I rated it a 1 only because there wasn’t a 0 rating, after many years of patronage I am very disappointed with this dealership. I left a service appointment on 12/26/2025 upset and dissatisfied.
Edited : I was personally contacted by the dealership this morning and the issue has been resolved, I was wrong for thinking that I was being blown off and not taken seriously. For that I apologize to the guys in service.”

“10/10 would recommend 3 Rivers Auto Collision! About a month ago, I hit a deer and the next day the gave me a call and got me scheduled in. I dropped it off, they kept me updated throughout the entire process, and when I went to pick it up today they were very nice and professional. When I went to leave, I had opened the door and a small clip had fallen off. I believe his name was Travis, he immediately helped me and got it fixed. He was very kind and thanked me for my business and told me if I noticed anything wrong with it to bring it right back and they’d get me in to have it fixed. It took less than 3 weeks for them to get my car fixed and it looks better than when I had bought it. I will definitely be going back! Thanks again 3 Rivers!”

“A-1 auto does an awesome job on my Durango and my Honda Odyssey. They made sure I had a dependable ride that wouldn't leave me stranded. Not like the mechanic on E. Okmogee behind an old pink brick building who kept both my batteries to both vehicles and still ain't replaced the one to my Durango so I had to tow it off. A -1 Auto is the best in town.”

“Had my 2023 TRD Sport towed there with front end body damage. The people there were friendly and always took my calls. When I picked up my truck the quality was very good. I couldn't have been more pleased. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they were very busy and a body man down so it took a little longer than it should have but we'll worth the wait”
