EVERYTHING that I had inside my storage unit that was touching the floor is broken from water damage from the absolute POOR quality that this storage unit provides. Anytime it rains, it floods. Vacuum, mop, dresser, all of it destroyed from this awful "storage unit". Don't pay these people a dime there is an extremely higher quality option down the street at uHaul with real customer service. The employees as Aspen are uneducated, ignorant, disgusting excuses for individuals. Stay FAR away, you'll regret it the first time it rains.

Originally I rented the unit on Saturday and I had alot of trouble getting a working gate code. Recently I went during the week and dealt with a full-time staff member, and she was great. Friendly, competent, knowledgeable. The price is reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone in the Muskogee area!

Good storage but power outlets never have worked. Bring your own battery powered lights of you need to see anything.
